   Absolutely lovely birthday meal here, pizza was delicious and I even asked for an addition of honey and the staff were more than happy to accommodate. Lucy was especially helpful, looked after us so well - she is an asset to your business! Very grateful for the service we received and the delicious food - we will be returning again!

   We are staying on site, and attended earlier in the day for a coffee which was delicious. Served by Claudia who was very friendly and attentive. Had booked an evening meal for 17:30, arrived slightly early, was absolutely fine by the staff, we were seated and we ordered. Our meals were delicious. Had the chicken burger, Beef Ragu, Beef Brisket pizza and a selection of starters. Delicious. There was a small problem with the Coke Zero on draught which was corrected quickly. Servers Claudia and Stacey. Thank you, we had a lovely time.

   Put simply, outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely atmosphere and very clean. The food was amazing, fresh, cooked perfectly and extremely tasty. My daughter had a fresh made pizza (we watched the chef make it), and it's definitely one of the best pizzas I've tasted. She loved it. The salmon and lamb dishes were outstanding. The cheese board, well, I thought it was for sharing it was that big, no, it was an individual serving. It was amazing, along with lemon gellato and Eaton mess, it finished off the meal. All in all, it is very reasonably priced for what you get. I would highly recommend coming here.

   Really lovely meal and great service. Haven't been to Berts for a while as had a few really mediocre meals there before that were overpriced with poor service, but was really pleased this time, food cooked to perfection and really attentive service. Loved the spooky themed coffees! An altogether lovely evening

   Lovely views of the lake. The food was beautiful lobster tagliatelle was really tasty and a good portion size especially for the price. Customer service was good if a little slow, we visited at lunchtime so it was a little busy. Have been previously for evening meal also, great food both visits. Family/Child friendly, was brought a highchair on request.
