   We ordered chicken fillet burger with salad and relish, one donner burger, with burger Pattie, kids meal and one bolognese burger. Chicken fillet burger never arrived, and was given a donner burger, which I can’t eat due to dietary restraints and the other donner burger which we ordered (paid extra for a burger Pattie) and there was no Pattie & a hair inside. Called to complain and told to just apply for refund on just eat and they’re not replacing the food. I’ve attached photos but will not be using this place again.

   Been a loyal customer for years but has gone so downhill, cheesy garlic bread dripping in grease and pure slop all the cheese was in the box not even on the garlic bread, grease dripping from the box, chips soggy old and taste awful. The burger was discusting barely warm. Will be going elsewhere from now on!!

   Totally agree with Fred! After many years of loyalty their food has become consistently disappointing! Cold and not sufficiently cooked food when it arrives! We've given them numerous chances, told them personally so as not to leave poor reviews, but even when we remind them on ordering to please make sure the food is hot, it still arrives cold! I don't expect to pay £20 for 2 pizzas then have to finish the cooking off myself!

   Absolutely terrible, after many years of being a regular happy customer. I can’t believe how standards have slipped, the burger was disgusting and the chips fried 2-3 times in old oil, went to mannys instead and that was 10x better quality, such a shame as Elvis and Gerrard are lovely people!

   My family member ordered a kebab with tomato sauce and was sent one with garlic sauce instead. He can’t stand garlic sauce so politely rang them to explain this. They apologised and did send him another kebab. Only this time it was absolutely swimming in tomato sauce (it was completely ruined and inedible) and it was clear this was done out of spite.Even the bag had a load of the sauce in it! We have been loyal customers for a long time but will now be taking our custom somewhere else.

   Pizza was wetter than a babys unattended nappy and didn't taste much better either. All the toppings thought the pizza was a slip n slide as they all fell off straight away. Generally not a great pizza. Got a feeling I will not be at work tomorrow. My advice would be it's great if you need a laxative but want to feel like your eating a grease filled sponge instead of a tablet. Or just don't order tbh.

   Cheap and reliable, this place tends to have the lowest minimum spend so I use it if I'm ordering for just myself. Arrives hot most of the time unless their busy, but every takeaway is the same in this respect. Food is always nice, typical takeaway taste if you like that style.
