   Just had pizza from Dominoes Beverley, for a team lunch at work. The ordering process online was not a simple as it might have been. Several 'Offer Tools' contributed to making a simple process complicated. Once ordered the 'tracking tool' is excellent. The speed of service was excellent. It was approx 20 minutes from order to delivery. This very positive point, is what made it so hard to understand why the pizzas were only just warm once first recieved and the fries almost cold? The pizzas were nice. The fries, could have been nice, but not so good as they were cold. 3 pizzas 1 x medium, 1 x small, 1 x personal and one side of fries. £54. Wow! Yes I knew this price when ordering; the point is that this is not cheap/reasonable/fair in consideration for what was recieved. The fries on the Domino website states it serves 2. You judge that for yourself in looking at the image. £2.79! Poor value for money.

   Love domino's but the new deals are ridiculous, large pizza for £11.99 but you can't get it delivered because its collection only but for delivery the same pizza £14.00 + the delivery charge. Sorry but that's the biggest rip off I've seen for a long time. Don't think I'll order again.

   Pizza was driven to multiple houses before me. Called manager was polite until she was rude. Spoke over me, didn’t listen. Said the app was inaccurate. This food is too expensive to have a poor service like this. Said my pizza is going to be fine. Said if I sent it back she wouldn’t refund me.

   food was good & the delivery was fast. However, there was 4 times that I pulled out long strands of hair from my food. I wouldn’t have minded if it was once as mistakes can happen but 4 times in one order?? can’t fault anything else though
