“Superb traditional cafe. Full breakfast, bacon sandwich, beans on toast, jacket potato with fillings, sandwiches you name it they will do it. Good value too. If you fancy a snack or a main meal head to Rossi's you can't go wrong. The staff are really nice and friendly and the place is very clean.”
“Delivered in area and was recommended to me by a customer, called in for a quick snack and a coffee, service was quick and friendly.”
“Absolutely fantastic. We had the delivery service and the food and drink was piping hot. You should maybe consider renaming the big breakfast as the belly buster.....its huge”
“The Bellbrooke is so clean you could eat your food off the floor. That isn't the most important bit: the food is great, the company is funny and entertaining. I love this place”
“Salam cafe is indeed one of my favourite cafes in Leeds. Everything you could possibly ask for is there ( tea , coffee , hot chocolate, cold drinks ). Salah, the owner of salam cafe, is very friendly and I would definitely recommend people to come to salam cafe! ( Keep up the hard work ! )”
“This place is a lovely hidden gem in Morley. The prices are great, the food is lovely and the staff are even nicer. Although it is only a small shop, there is a large amount of kinship put into the food and everything else. Would definitely recommend this place and I will undoubtedly be back soon :)”
“Nice cafe, really great atmosphere easy to sit back and relax or do work. The coffee is made perfectly, it's so smooth! The chai latte is one of the best ones I've ever had, the food crazy good and the staff really nice. 100% recommend!!”
“Ellie and Ross run a lovely cafe. The food is delicious! I had the Buddha Bowl all freshly made and so healthy! Followed later by a generous slice of their Caramel Drip cake...sublime! There were so many lovely things on the menu for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea I'm looking forward to returning. Beautiful surroundings in a stunning park and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you guys and well done x”
“Beautiful place. Foods amazing and free coffee refills! What more could you want!”
“Best Chicken Fillet burger I’ve ever had, I keep going back most weeks… Check out reviewers with high numbers, those negative reviewers with low numbers are so so wrong and probably competitors or not living local.”
“Good friendly staff always a pleasure to go there. The food is spot on.”
“Beautiful food and lovely staff very friendly”
“Great community run café personal service by volunteers. good freshly prepared food that is prepared/cooked to order. A full English breakfast and a pot of tea is less than a fiver.”
“Excellent food unlike some places really friendly staff definitely 10/10”
“Cosy place ran by people that truly care about the community and it's history”
“I would highly recommend these guys the best in the game”
“I've only been once but the sandwich was good. Great old cafe.”
“We went for a walk and decided to pop in. Grabbed a kids meal as we weren’t too hungry and it was great. Larger was lovely and the little pods outside are very nice. Great spot. We will be back.”
“First try at this place and was really impressed. The menu was tasty and healthy. I had the poached eggs on sourdough which was tasty and a fun mix of textures. Gf enjoyed the sweet potato hash. The matcha latte was great, not too sweetened. Decaf flat white was top notch. Friendly staff, good COVID measures (screens, wait at door to be seated), but I don't recall giving them my details for track and trace. Decor is well done if standard for a hipster place. Nice wooden floor, industrial ceiling - as you'd expect. High quality though. Would definitely go again.”
“Had a fantastic breakfast here this morning, the food was freshly cooked hot and tasty. The two girls working there couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Just a great place to eat. Thanks very much”
“Golden acre is a beautiful park, albeit with some dodgy parking. But the tea room is gorgeous, sit on the terrace if the weather permits or inside the conservatory style tea rooms. Sandwiches are great, good bread and fresh ingredients and accompanying salad. The coffee was good however the flat white was not as strong as my personal taste would prefer. I have not tried the breakfast menu as it stops at 11 or 11:30 and I've only arrived just after. 5 stars if this was good and served all day.”
“Bought a hot chocolate to take out. Really friendly service and lovely hot chocolate. Nice little cafe with sufficient seating and good food options.”
“Nigellas provided an amazing spread for our funeral function. They arrived early and set up for us. The selection of food was impeccable and all packaged well ready for when we arrived at the function. All in all great service appreciate it!”
“A great cafe for breakfast, cooked hot and fresh to order. Theres always good banter with the staff and a few newspapers (well the Sun) to read.”
“I stayed here for my first ever trip overseas, and this is my first time booking into a hotel. Amazing experience. At this hotel. Originally got there at 9 am and I thought I could check in early. Because my flight came in at 8. And I thought I could check in early. The reception said i can’t check in yet it’s too early but she held my suitcase and kept it safe for me when I went outside and explored Leeds city centre. I came back when I was closer to my time the chicken. I got my suitcase and checked into my room. .It’s a good hotel room nice and spacious. It’s exactly like an apartment you have everything you need like a microwave washing machine dishwasher stuffed top pots and pans etc. and they even give you dishwashing liquid. I know really beautiful of you. the bed was like the most comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. I also did enjoy the croissants and coffee in the morning in the reception. Those very nice not to have to buy breakfast every morning,. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying at this hotel. So I recommend coming here. You are very close to the city centre like a 17 minute walk if you don’t want to walk you can also take the bus that’s only a minute walk from the hotel. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel if I come back to Leeds.”
“Brilliant large breakfast or £7.75 including coffee and 2 slices of toast.”
“Wonderful place to have the best and big English Breakfast in Leeds. The only problem here is the parking. It does not have its own parking. And the coffee nice but too small.”
“Called in this morning because they have started offering Gluten free. Order was taken quickly by a helpful and cheery lady, food is cooked to order, none of this reheated stuff. Wide choice on the menu, and will be offering the Government discount scheme too. A very pleasant breakfast trip.”
“Went in not wanting anything heavy so they had a selection of cold sweets to have with a coffee. Millionaire shortbread was very nice and the service and welcome was a cut above. Also nice to see them give school holiday kids a bit of a go. It is clearly valued as a place by the community. Great place.”
“We had a really lovely meal, remembering my father-in-law on what would have been his birthday. The food was amazing, and we were really looked after well by the staff. All 3 courses were delicious.”
