“I don't know why there are bad reviews. I have had a lovely experience with these guys. I bought decorative moulding and Leah kept me up-to-date via email. Once they were ready to pick up (which was around 3/4 days later) I met Leah and two other lovely members of staff. They look like good people that genuinely care about their business. Most importantly the decorative trim was all good so no complaints there too and really pleased how it came out!”

He was clearly knowledgable about interior aesthetics and advised with good visual knowledge. He used 3D modelling to assist how the product would fit my personal space. “Very good quality material on the bed, upholstery was outstanding no creases or loose material. Bed was done immaculate, all the fitting pieces were precise bed fit great and overall really happy with the product i received. Customer service was on point easy to tell them what i wanted and they made it exactly like that.”

“Upon entering the store, AJ greeted me warmly. I told him I had seen a bed online, and he invited me to take a seat while he looked it up. He offered me a drink and clearly explained all the details. Although I originally came in for a bed, I ended up purchasing a mattress as well. He showed me the options without any pressure, and the service was excellent throughout. Dave, the store manager, was also very helpful. I’m very happy with the service AJ provided, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.”

They tracked my parcel then called me later to ensure they had arrived, they also told me I could call again if there was anything else I required.
