   Beautiful bed unfortunately sorely let down by the delivery experience. Firstly the delivery company arrived without the correct parts, we rearranged a return visit the following day at which point they turned up with the missing part from the day before and nothing else… they finally managed to do their job and deliver the whole bed on the Monday during which they damaged a freshly painted wall in the bedroom. Bedroomking unfortunately washed their hands of it, passing me on to their third party courier SGK who has now taken two weeks to tell me that because the driver said he didn’t do it they won’t take it any further. Great product but unless they change their delivery and installation company I would not use again simply to avoid the undue headaches.

   Very good quality material on the bed, upholstery was outstanding no creases or loose material. Bed was done immaculate, all the fitting pieces were precise bed fit great and overall really happy with the product i received. Customer service was on point easy to tell them what i wanted and they made it exactly like that.

   WOW, where do I start? I just received my 6ft Super King Zoe Full Panel Wingback Bed from Bedroomking and I have to say, it has exceeded all expectations. From the high quality upholstery finish to the beautifully crafted 65 inch headboard, the bed has not failed to amaze me every time I enter the room. Along with receiving fast and professional service from Bedroomking prior to purchasing, I also purchased the assembly service which was very efficient & value for money. The bed arrived within the time stated on the website and the assembly was completed within half an hour! I'm very pleased with the quality of this bed and the professional service received, other companies should definitely take note. Thank you!

   I was scared ordering a bed online, however when I found Bedroomking I was blown away. A really easy service online and I chose and customised exactly what I wanted, it was delivered within the week. I have no words, high quality, authentic, and beautiful, the quality is out of this world. I got the matching ottoman which is perfect. Great customer service if I could give 10 stars I would! The mattress is the best i’ve ever owned. The only thing I would say if you order blush pink velvet the colour is more pink in real life. Definitely get a sample online. Well done guys. I will definitely be ordering again and I recommend to all friends and family.

   UPDATED Customer Service My Husband and I purchased a king-sized Ottoman bed from Bedroom King. Are initial experience wasn't positive but Bedroom King have certainly changed our view. The delivery company used weren't good, weren't prepared to take the ottoman bases up the stairs or try. My husband and I got them up with some struggle but we managed it. That said although we now have an extra headboard, we now have a resolution and a bed to sleep on.

   Absolutely fantastic company to purchase from! The customer service is absolutely amazing and the bed and mattress is exceptional. The whole experience from purchase to delivery was flawless. A member of staff contacted the next day after purchase to ensure that the order was correct and that our stairs had adequate clearance for the 60” headboard to get to the bedroom. The member of staff also double checked once again via text message the day the first contact, prior to making our bed. The delivery was very straight forward and the delivery team had great communication an hour and then 20 minutes prior to arriving. They were also knowledgable about the bed and really friendly. The bed arrived at 9:00am, which meant that they had an early start to deliver to us in Aberystwyth, which is 3+ hours away, one way! The building of the bed couldn’t have been more straight forward, even for a non-diyer! The mattress is the memory foam mattress and feels exactly the same as a Tempur mattress (no exaggeration). I will most definitely be purchasing from this company again and have recommended to friends and family! Thank you Bedroomking! *Pictured is the Emperor Royal Chesterfield Winged Back Bed Frame in Kingsize. The fabric is Cream Naples, with matching buttons. The headboard size is 60”.
