   We had a good experience up until our delivery yesterday evening which was awful & very distressing. They didn't wear shoe covers (most companies do or they remove their shoes) as they took the headboard upstairs, so I kindly asked if they could remove their shoes which annoyed them and decided to leave the bed outside & refused to bring it in. The office then called saying they can't bring the bed in because of 2nd covid lockdown. They failed to mention this when I called numerous times before the lockdown asking if they were still able to deliver but was reassured it will still go ahead as normal. Had I been informed, I would have been prepared even if they had left it outside. Seeing how distressed I was, they then decided to bring the now muck covered bed into the living room which had just been fitted with new carpet (carpet fitter was still present) with their mucky shoes on!!!!! I highly recommend you look elsewhere for better delivery service, its not worth the unnecessary stress. Just to add we received other deliveries during 2nd lockdown and all were complete opposite of this experience. For company claiming to adhere to lockdown rules, one of your delivery men removed his mask the other didn't even bother wearing one.
