“We had a fantastic experience when visiting Furniture Village at Birstall, Leeds. There was a huge selection of sofas and the showroom was set out really nicely with room displays. The Sales Consultant Matthew left us to browse without pestering us and when we were ready to make a purchase he was really helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable and cheaper than we have found elsewhere,. Also free coffee machine and cookies which was a nice bonus! Overall very happy!”

“I don't know why there are bad reviews. I have had a lovely experience with these guys. I bought decorative moulding and Leah kept me up-to-date via email. Once they were ready to pick up (which was around 3/4 days later) I met Leah and two other lovely members of staff. They look like good people that genuinely care about their business. Most importantly the decorative trim was all good so no complaints there too and really pleased how it came out!”

There has been quite a few negative reviews from egg chair orders, I think this has been a pretty unfair and not a true reputation of the company. I personally work with suppliers and shipping companies of my own and I personally see how all over the place this is at the moment and I am sure this will be the main reason for these reviews. I think we should all be supporting small businesses rather than trying to close down a lively-hood. At the end of the day this isn’t someone make mega millions on a multi billion pound company this will more than like be a family run business trying to make ends meet. He was clearly knowledgable about interior aesthetics and advised with good visual knowledge. He used 3D modelling to assist how the product would fit my personal space. Bed was done immaculate, all the fitting pieces were precise bed fit great and overall really happy with the product i received.
