“Upon entering the store, AJ greeted me warmly. I told him I had seen a bed online, and he invited me to take a seat while he looked it up. He offered me a drink and clearly explained all the details. Although I originally came in for a bed, I ended up purchasing a mattress as well. He showed me the options without any pressure, and the service was excellent throughout. Dave, the store manager, was also very helpful. I’m very happy with the service AJ provided, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.”

They tracked my parcel then called me later to ensure they had arrived, they also told me I could call again if there was anything else I required. We really enjoyed choosing our new sofas with the help of two employees, who made the buying experience really easy and painless. “Stunning! My friend and I drove here for a day out (interior decor nerds) from Liverpool and it didn’t disappoint. The one thing I will say is that we had expected there to be a bit more design but it’s really more or less exclusively furnishings. Would have LOVED some kitchen/bathroom/tile shops (but that may very well be our bad for not Googling beforehand, hence it hasn’t lowered the score). Overall the entire place is stunning, the staff were very helpful, informed and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you’re into decoration/design or need inspiration for a reno!!”

“Nas was our designer and very friendly. Not pushy at all. Very nice bloke. Responds to calls and emails. We had a few issues with kitchen, marks on doors, all replaced easily. Not Wrens fault but we had faulty hob, was replaced quickly. Tap was dripping , replaced quickly. For customer service we can't fault them. Main delivery was very good we had a time slot and day booked.”

“My closest large store, convenient location and where I collect my endless Next orders. Always well staffed and staff always friendly. Tend to avoid the weekends as getting in and out of car park can be fun but due to long opening hours not a problem.”

“10/10 for quality and customer service. In a tight time scale these guys manage to get me 5king size beds with memory foam mattresses. Also manage to squeeze in a single bed mattress. Over all very good quality and very very reasonable price. Delivered in rochdale for only a little bit extra cost. Would buy in future and recommend to other people too.”

“I mean. It's IKEA, not a lot more to say other than it's a dastardly maze designed to entrap you into purchasing all of the lovely shiny objects. And somehow come out with a 4 foot snake that your 2 year old son just "Absolutely had to have". Meatballs are good mind.”

“First time in the Range, Birstall and I was blown away...omg it's huge!! It covers two floors with escalators and lifts to both floors meaning it's fully accessible to everyone. The cafe on the first floor gives a welcome break from the vastness although service is very slow though. There has to be toilets in the building but fire a change I didn't need to use the facilities so I cannot comment on them . Sorry, next time!! The aisles could do with being a bit wider for wheelchair accessibility. Car parking is right outside the store for disabled and able bodied alike. All in all well with a visit!!”
