Amazing. A blind purchase for us, so a huge risk but the sofa is incredibly comfortable and such a beautiful colour (We bought the Utopia in Avocado and I love it)
This is a review of the Hush sofa / sofa bed, as well as my overall experience. I'd give 3.5 stars as an average. The experience: I ordered the Hush sofa bed. Upon delivery, it turned out that the regular sofa was delivered (instead of the sofa bed version). So I had to call them, and ask what's up. They were helpful, and said that oh yes, the wrong item was sent from the factory, so it has to be remade, and until then I should just use the delivered sofa as I would otherwise, they will replace it. Indeed they did, although it took another 3 or so weeks (and I had to confirm for the date, etc.). I would say my experience was 4-star: I wish they had been a bit proactive, and obviously this is not something that should happen, delivering a wrong item. Now for the sofa: I loved the Hush (regular) sofa. It's beautiful, comfy, etc. That was a 5-star sofa. I had it for about 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I strongly dislike the sofa bed (I've had it for a couple of weeks now). We have not tried the bed part yet, but sitting on the sofa is incredibly noisy – it sounds like my granny's 60+-year old bed with those old springs. It gives a spring-sound every time there is any motion (no matter how small) on the sofa. It also feels somehow... different, as if the cushions didn't quite fit on the bed mechanism. I'd rate this sofa bed at most a 3-star. Overall: I recommend the sofa, not the sofa bed. Which is a real bummer now that I ended up with the latter.... (I have the soft touch velvet in cinnamon colour, and it's absolutely lovely. )
We visited the showroom in Batley and found we loved the look and feel of the sofas (after visiting nearly every other company and finding little of interest). John (one of the company directors) chatted us through the products and his family background in sofa manufacturing. We bought from the 7th Heaven range. They were delivered at 4 weeks and look amazing - we already have our favourite sitting spots! There was a little bit of damage to one of the feet in transit. John kindly came to look himself within 24 hours of being aware of the issue, and has put a plan in place to repair it. We have been so impressed throughout and highly recommend Zofa. We are glad to have spent our money with a company that prides itself on its products and customer satisfaction.
We have just received our Daydream 4 Seater Sofa in sea green soft touch velvet from Zofa and we’re over the moon with it. It’s so beautiful, the colour and fabric are stunning and the photos don’t even do it justice compared with it in real life. It’s completely transformed the room and I’ve had so many lovely comments on it already. Our sofa was delivered in 5 week, communication and delivery was great. It was delivered right to the spot we wanted it, unpacked and the feet put on for us. Can’t fault it and thoroughly recommend Zofa.

Absolutely love our new settee, the material is so strong and durable, I have 2 dogs so it has to be! brilliant service from start to finish, would definitely recommend.
