My bed came earlier than expected and the delivery driver Rizz was excellent, carried all items in and was polite.
Definitely the worst company I have had the mis-pleasure of dealing with. No communication rude staff and useless couriers so here is a little timeline of events ordered a bed through wowcher and was told delivery would be 27th October great i thought until the following. 22/10/20 19:23 missed call. 19:25 received a call from courier saying he has a bed to deliver, I said great when he says 40 minutes. I said I cant accept as no-one told me. 19:29 he rings back saying he spoke to Amare and told him he had to deliver i said no. 20:14 he pulls up outside my house saying he is delivering and i have to accept and that i can leave it in my garden, to say the least I lost my cool by now and sent him packing. 20:18 he's boss called and informed me that I was refusing a delivery that I was informed about which was is total lies. 22:06 missed call i was in bed. 22:09 message saying my bed will be delivered the next day between 11-4 and I would get a call. 23/10/25 I had to take a day off work unpaid as too short notice to book holiday, thank you amare for costing me a day's wages. 15:07 phone amare chasing delivery 15:37 phone again they fob me off 15:47 courier calls to say he is running late and won't be with me for at least a couple hours. Which did annoy me but things happen so fair played but the lack of communication was disgusting. Delivery arrives just after 6pm. Overall the product itself was good quality and would have been value for money if it weren't for the loss of earnings and stress caused. My advice is this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DONT CARE ARE RUDE UNCOMMUNICATIVE. Got three beds delivered with mattresses great quality excellent prices and very fast delivery would definitely recommend 10/10 for communication in between orders and delivery
Shocking customer service, bed began to fall apart after 11 months. Not built to last with any thought of craftsmanship. The service team confirmed they would replace the faulty bed and haven't responded in the last 6 months, leaving us in a dipped bed with a snapped wooden support beam.
UPDATE: 19th Mar '25 Following on from my initial review below (also on trust pilot), Amare Living contacted me at least 4x times offering to help sort out the issues and asking me to remove my review on trust pilot. Since I emailed them with the information required, and agreeing to review or amend the review once the issues had been sorted they have not even acknowledged my email in any way whatsoever. It seems as though they only show the positive reviews on their reviews page. Dec '24 - Prior to our purchase, customer service was great. Unfortunately this has not been the case since receiving the bed. There were some issues (non pre drilled rough cut sawn timber planks for bed slats, plus issues with the button patterning and height of the headboard). The company then tried to charge us to rectify their own mistakes! We refused to do this and since then they have stopped responding to our communications and we remain completely dissatisfied with our purchase. There is an extreme lack of customer care provided throughout the length of the customer journey and only seems to be present if the customer has no issues with their order.
Over the moon in love with my daughters bed.. the QUALITY is first class, the design it’s second to none, VERY STRONG and STURDY - Two of us cannot even move it! I LOVEE IT. I cannot fault this company, from customer service (Adam) to the final product. I HIGHLY recommend, will definitely be ordering another bed this week…recommending to all my friends and family. To start with I had no faith due to some of the negative reviews here, but guys worry not because you will not regret it.. and the delivery men were amazing too, they even took their shoes off :-) thank you so much Adam for being so understanding and delivering unexceptional final product just how I wanted it. Amare Living is First class :-)
I was dubious about purchasing a bed online but Amare living were great. I bought the white and silver plush velvet chesterfield bed. Quality is superb, very easy to assemble. the delivery guys were great and friendly, the communication was too. I would recommend them for sure.
Absolutely thrilled with the new purchase of my bed. Ordered some samples which arrived pretty quick. Once I placed my order I was informed of a day and time of my delivery which was really handy. Bed is very easy to build and sturdy. I Highly recommend this company as it is one of the most reliable ones I’ve come across.
Purchased a bed and mattress from here and the product is quality. Looks stunning in my room and have had so many compliments. Service was faultless and was kept up to date throughout. They accommodated to move delivery dates for me when I could be home. Would definitely recommend and buy again.
My broken bed where the legs broke off (that I was somewhat given compensation for) has now left huge deep scratches on my hard wood floors after moving it to paint my walls this morning. A bed is a big piece of furniture we use for years. You should be able to move it and use it without without it ruining your home. I can’t understand how something as basic as a bed can cause me this many issues. 20% compensation was given due to a fault that was not mine which I accepted at the time but now that the bed still giving me further problems months down the line I am really not happy. They should have really given me a full refund so I could buy a new one, OR sent me a replacement headboard with legs that actually aren’t broken. It’s not hard.
