   Design Quarter- High-end prices, poor quality and worse aftercare. The sofa showed visible sagging within 3 months and this was dismissed as “by design”, with daily smoothing and stretching expected, something never disclosed at the point of sale. Concerns about quality and longevity were rejected using a retailer-appointed inspection ( whose own reviews show they always favour the retailers) . Completely unacceptable for a premium retailer.

   Be cautious of this company. We spent a couple of hours looking at table options here, went away to think about it and returned a couple of weeks later to order the table. On arrival, (a 2+ hour return journey) we discovered the saleswoman had given us the trade price originally. The table we thought would cost about £2k was then quoted at £5.4k, the new saleswoman admitted they mark up trade cost by 2.4x (!) and was completely unapologetic for wasting our time.

   Unbelievable. Delivered wrong colour sofa x2. Fast tracked new delivery. Took longer than first. In total it’s taken 14 weeks and is still not correct! Then delivered with wrong feet. Looks like display model although this is denied. Incorrect cushions. No contact from company. I had to chase. No offer of compensation. No calls from them. Asked me to take down original Google review.... which I did but even today the delivery has been incorrect. Apparently I should be grateful they left us with sofas to sit on when first delivery was wrong. I shall not be removing this review unless I get my cushions and offer of some compensation. Will be approaching Citizens Advice for suggestions. It has been almost comical despite them reassuring me that the delivery today would be correct. May I suggest you look elsewhere for your purchases.
