Daniella was excellent, she gave exceptional customer service from the enquiry to collecting the order. When we spoke to her she remembered us by name and kept us fully up to date with the order.    We visited Roche Bobois in Redbrick Mill in Bately and Daniella was really helpful and charming without being pushy. We were on holiday so we needed to return home before making any decisions on buying. Daniella followed up very professionally by email and we are now the proud owners of a new chair. We highly recommend a visit to the showroom in Redbrick Mill.

The whole team at Roche Bobois have a caring approach in sales and are a real pleasure to deal with.    We have bought multiple items from Roche Bobois in Redbrick and had the pleasure of working with Linda and recently Daniella. We found them both so helpful that we made the effort of travelling from Brighton (yes Brighton on the south coast!) to visit this excellent showroom. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and we really appreciated their design advice which proved to be spot on. The whole experience from choosing to ordering to delivery was exceptional and we wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from them again. Highly recommended!
