I am a small business with high quality sofas and we are responsible for fitting the sofas into the media rooms of our clients and customers, who are usually of high-worth. I have ordered from this company 6 times and always received perfect and amazing packaged sofas, with great protection around the sofas in the box. I needed a replacement electric motor for one sofa and it was sent to me by DHL within 4 days. I am now ordering more ranges and more designs and increased my Order to 2 containers per month. The sofas are cheap and will last you around a year or so, they are just normal sofas you can literally buy from any cheap asian sofa shop , if you want good sofas that last a long time best option would be DFS OR SCS with proper warranty and insurance
delivery was arranged for 30th January from 10:00 onwards with a call an hour before. I waited in all day from 10:00 and then phoned at 15:07 to be told delivery was attempted in the morning but they couldn't tell me at what time. I was in from 10:00 and no one knocked on the door or phoned me. Tried to arrange a refund and they said they can't refund the delivery resulting in me having to dispute the payment through my bank. Overall unprofessional and poor customer service. reply: I provided you with the correct number 3 times prior to delivery as you can see in our email chain, you said you could not provide time stamps for the pictures. I waited in from 10 and no one knocked on my door from this time. I would not consider charging me for delivery and waiting another 10 days for redelivery bending over backwards.
