   I ordered my wardrobe online on 20th October. One of Woodland's staff rang me shortly after to confirm the details and arranged to send me some colour samples so I could choose the right finish to match my existing furniture. Delivery was arranged for 30th October, which I think is an amazingly quick turnaround Before and on the delivery day I was kept informed about the time (affected by heavy London traffic) so I could get o with my day, and when they arrived, the wardrobe was up to the room and assembled in place in minutes. Big thanks to Shezad and Shammy! The wardrobe itself is lovely - very solid, and good value, especially as I didn't have to assemble it myself! I just wish they did kitchen dressers.

   First Class company! Ordered the Crown 2 door wardrobe on line and at every step of the way the Customer Service Team communicated the status of the order. They were very pleasant to deal with throughout this process. The delivery of the wardrobe went seamlessly by Ibrar and Kabir. They were particularly careful with the property and positioned the wardrobe exactly where I wanted it. They even helped me move an existing unit back into the hallway with a smile. The Crown wardrobe is good quality, well built and beautiful. I will certainly be using Woodlands Furniture in the future and will definitely recommend to friends and family. The whole process was beyond my expectations. Lovely to hear it is a family run business too, hence the care and attention they work by. Thank you again.

   Really pleased with the service from Woodlands Furniture. I was kept well informed throughout, from ordering to delivery. The drawers I ordered are of excellent quality. Really well made, sturdy and a good finish. Far better quality than the flat pack rubbish I have previously bought from other furniture stores. I feel that these drawers will last for years. I love that you can choose the colour, finish and handles. Nice touch to be able to personalise my furniture. I would definitely order from Woodlands Furniture again.

   The customer service was second to none, the delivery guys were excellent and most importantly the wardrobes are absolutely beautiful. Price was excellent considering they are built to order. I'm hoping I never have to buy bedroom furniture again as I have a feeling these will last a very long time. Happy customer is an understatement and I will definitely tell anyone needing furniture to give them a try

   Arrived first thing the day, totally suited me for time. The delivery guys were fantastic at getting the drawers up my stairs, with low ceilings and another staircase above them. Fast and Promptly done. One even complimented how they now made the room complete. I will have a very happy 7yr old when she comes home from School. I didn't even wait 3weeks from buying for these to come. Excellent service and would 100% use this company again. Compared to other fully assembled furniture prices, these were an absolute bargain. Thank you.

   I ordered some furniture for delivery on 13 May. The furniture, although well made, was of incredibly poor quality because of the paint finish. The paint also had an incredibly pungent smell. I asked to return my goods for a refund and they took four weeks to collect it. Furthermore, they refused to refund me until my furniture had been collected. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act which states that a refund must be given without undue delay and within 14 days of the trader agreeing that the consumer is entitled to a refund. I definitely would not recommend!

   Nothing bad to say about this company at all. From going to the showroom to delivery and set up, everyone was brilliant. They accommodated as needs for odd size six door wardrobe and two sets of five drawers. Nothing was too much trouble for them at all. The gentleman that looked after us at the showroom was great, professional, polite and funny when it was appropriate and he knew what he was talking about, he knew all the measurements of all the furniture they make. Communication was excellent we were never wondering what was happening and if we would hear from them, we were kept up-to-date throughout the making of our items. The delivery was right on the button and again the guys were fabulous, polite, professional and really happy. Our furniture was put together perfectly and it is absolutely beautiful. So all that's left to say is to everyone at Woodlands " Thank you all so much, you were all fantastic" Don't hesitate to visit, you will not be disappointed.

   We were very pleased with our purchase from this Woodlands. Their pre-purchase sales advice was excellent, they had no issues changing the handles on my order even though a few weeks had elapsed between ordering and changing, the delivery was punctual and the delivery and assembly guys were professional, polite and quick. The furniture itself is lovely. I chose the honey oak colour and it’s perfect for our room. The quality is excellent and I imagine these wardrobes will last the rest of our lives. I would definitely order from Woodlands again.
