Great place for a bargain. Loads of friendly staff, a couple more tills at busy times would be great but on the whole a decent experience.

It's absolutely wonderful. In my last visit I bought some needful things which I was avoiding bcuz of them being constly but in B&M those items were far more cheaper with good quality.

All the plants were dry and dying. We were after 4 pack de humidifiers, none of the staff we spoke to (5 of them )knew where they were.We found one pack of 4, but it was damaged.

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful staff...only negative thing to say is, often only one cashier is active, waiting time can sometimes be up to 10 -15 minutes. Otherwise great place ,low prices. Definitely recommend!

Been hare 100s of times with no issues, until today when I shopping with my disabled sibling and one of the staff shouted "are you going to pay for that" as I went to get a basket. She didn't apologise for acusing me so publicly or for stereotyping. This was out right rude and disrespectful

Been here a few times for bags of compost the first time I bought a trolley full of compost that had been out in the rain so it's was really heavy and dripping wet, got to the till two of staff and a manager watched me struggle to lift the packs upto the scanner and offered no help. Water had pooled on the floor which was dangerous, told staff as there was a large que behind me but no one came to clean it up, manager stood drinking his cup of tea looking at the mess and blatantly said infront of customers that it was his tea break so he wasn't cleaning it up and it wasn't his job, then laughed. Eventually a lady came to clean it up after customers had walked through it. Thought this was very unprofessional. I struggled to the car with the trolley as it was heavy, checked my receipt to find I had been overcharged by around £25 so had to wade back to the till with the trolley to prove I had been overcharged. Nightmare! This time I decided to just buy a few bags to avoid the struggle, got to the till and again no one offered to lift the bags out for me. Although the lady serving me was was jolly so not all bad this visit.

Have purchased many things from b&m and generally I'm very satisfied but could I please mention that the £8 spice rack narrows at the ends so you can't actually fit a spice jar in. It looks very nice, unfortunately, it's maybe a manufacturing flaw?

Wow This has got to be the busiest B&M super I ever seen and I been to a few dozen around UK over the years. Very very clean. Very well organised. Fresh ambient place Very friendly and polite staff. This place is a big hit with the locals I see. Totally recommend if you want to go to the best B&M store in UK this is the place, but be aware this place is so so busy!

Everything you need under one roof... Except... There are no toilets should you desperately need to go. So much choice which is lovely when everywhere seems to be cutting back. Great parking, accessibility for able and disabled people. A great place to shop.
