   Excellent service from Sonya. She greeted us as we came in and offered to assist. She was warm and friendly, without being pushy and made us feel at ease. We really didn't know what we were looking for but she explained all the different options and helped us choose the perfect bed for us. Looking forward to our delivery in the new year!

   Sonya was so friendly and helpful! I explained what I needed and she was able to advise on the best products and provide the best deal. When my bed base didn’t fit up the stairs (which was really disappointing and stressful) she was on hand to support with arranging an alternative without any hassle. Thoroughly recommend!

   As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the lovely Sonya, she was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She asked us what we wanted and asked us if we would like to try different beds and choose our pillows of choice. She gave us amazing advice on the kinds of beds there were and what would be best suited is and our bodies as we had tried the different kinds of mattresses on the machine and what was within our price range. When we chose the mattress we wanted she was happy to take us over to her desk and help us by telling each price of delivery, cleaner, and more! It was so nice to have someone in customer service who listened and understood what we both wanted and were able to help us. The experience was great and we definitely would come back again thanks to her.

Sonya was incredibly down to earth, honest, and genuinely a lovely person to deal with. Her relatable personality and transparency really stood out to us, and we’re so grateful for her expertise and guidance. She had impressive knowledge—not just about the mattress itself, but also about the bed frame, slats, and all the small but important details that many wouldn’t know unless they were truly excellent at their job. Sonya is a real asset to the Crown Point team. Bensons needs more people like her on the shop floor—honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers.    From entering the store at Crown Point our experience was excellent. We were approached by Liv and offer help if we needed it. She did not badge or impose on us at all. When asked she offered to show us a ‘test’ bed which advised on the best mattress for our needs. She explained differences and gave other information. We then browsed the store and came to our decision. We went back to Liv to complete our purchase. She thoroughly explained everything, arranged delivery and we feel very happy with our purchase.    Bought 2x mattress,happy with my purchase, Christine very good person help with my buying, matched prices with online sale and gave refund,. On the day of delivery it was on time, told delivery staff to put mattress in upstairs bedrooms and they have did it upon request, happy with service ect.
