   Echoing a couple of reviews on here, staff like to try make you feel uncomfortable, sat on a chair for sale as you do and was told they will take my bags and I should look upstairs. Not sure why they needed my bags… they also get very easily offended. I think you need to have pink hair and wear parachute trousers (be a woke hippie) to be welcomed in here.

   I've wanted to visit this store for a while. It has a lovely lay out and lots of lovely things to buy but we were followed around the shop (even up the stairs) by a lady and it made us very uncomfortable. She made us feel like she was keeping an eye on us for stealing. My husband had his eye on a peice of art, but we wont be returning.

   I felt very unwelcome. I was asked if I needed help to which I responded no thank you and then I was asked again a couple of minutes later. I explained that I was looking for a trinket tray that could be suitable for a marble vanity. Your sales associate looked at me like I had two heads and gave me a really sour look. I left. I thought we were past making customers feel unwelcome? It’s a shame as I’m in the process of furnish my home and love the items but I don’t buy from people who make me feel like this.

   So far, I ordered 5 times from this store: dinner plates, bowls along with serving dishes and mugs. and I am absolutely amazed every single time, dinnerware from this company are beautiful - if it is possible, they are even nicer than I hoped :) - and the highest quality every single one of them. I love the texture and color, each one has a different pattern. Everything arrived well-packaged to prevent breakage. No complains. Now I don’t spend days to find present, it takes me 10 min with North-Home. Thank you for the top-class products as well as the top-class customer service

   So many items to chose from! My husband and I wanted something different for our daily coffee that would fit under our machine - the site provides details of the measurements So this wasn’t a problem. Our cappuccino mugs arrived in lovely packaging and we are really happy with the quality and colouring - so much so that they sit in view on top of our coffee maker!
