Just had a great experience buying a mattress from Dreams. Ian was lovely and really knowledgeable. He made me and my partner feel really welcome and was very patient when showing us all of the options available.
The staff was very helpful and nice, promptly providing all the information we asked for to make a decision over our purchase. The clerks were all kind and polite and both purchase and delivery + assembly service was setup flawlessly. At the time of assembly, the crew was top notch: fast and precise in the work execution.
Fantastic customer experience at Dreams Beds at Crown Point Leeds. We had a friendly greeting on arrival, and then were left to browse in peace. When we needed help Zain was incredibly helpful and kind. There was no hassle or hard sell, the whole experience and sales process was easy and simple. Faultless service. The day I visited Dreams, the store was quiet and calm. At first, I couldn’t spot anyone available to assist, so I wandered for a moment until I noticed Hayley at her desk. That’s when my experience truly began. Hayley was fantastic: warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to walk me through the showroom, explaining my options with genuine care. Together, we chose the Ashfield Ottoman, and I was genuinely impressed by the generous storage space hidden beneath. Thanks to Hayley, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I absolutely love the bed, as it’s made a huge difference in managing my storage needs.
Convenient location, on arrival only two members of staff on duty that evening both of whom had customers. Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel. It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double. Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories. Disappointing... Went to buy a mattress and the buying process was fine until the agent "forgot" to dispense the free mattress protector that came with the protection. I called up the store when I discovered that isn't coming and they seemed very reluctant to send that replacement. They insisted that I come back to the store to get it. I had to phone up head office to get sent it out with no charge... They were really unsympathetic over the phone which is the disappointment
Today I was shopping for a new mattress, I tried the shop next door to Dreams and felt as if I was getting nowhere and overwhelmed with all the mattresses and was about to buy a random one from them as they said it’s only me that can decide. I decided to pop next door first, I was greeted by Andy who asked me for my budget, and took me to the ‘Sleep Match’ machine which he explained would map by body and recomenned the best mattress for me! Once we had our results, Andy took me over to each mattress (more than once) and was extremely patient with me whilst helping me pick the right one for me ensuring that I would be most comfortable! Eventually I picked THE ONE, and even though it was £600 more than my initial budget I was happy to pay this, because I gained so much trust and information from my shopping experience! I then spoke with Chris, who took the time to go through everything from the Guarantee to offering an affordable payment plan if necessary. Incredible customer service, very welcoming and friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout this personal experience.

Not a bad shopping experience. Friendly staff and attentive customer service. Perhaps a little pricey but the buy now pay later option makes it easier on the pocket.
I popped into the Dreams store at Crown Point to look at a mattress we were contemplating buying online as there was 60% off which ended that evening. The sales assistant in store was really rude and was clearly unhappy that I wanted to purchase online rather than in store. I explained my partner would be purchasing the mattress and he wasn't with me, but this just seemed to annoy her even more. She told me that they advise everyone to buy in store because it keeps stores open. She interrupted me asking which mattress it was, pointed me in the direction and walked off. I'm actually glad I did buy online now as I wouldn't want this rude woman to get any kind of commission from our purchase. I appreciate that buying in store keeps stores open, however sales staff need to appreciate that not everyone can/ wants to buy in store and rude staff like that certainly put me off having to deal with sales staff. I rarely leave reviews for things like this but it just wasn't a nice experience!
