   Beware if you purchase an item online. I purchased an item of almost £400 before 5pm on a sunday which the website states that if purchased before 5pm it will be at the store the next business day. I then visit the store to be told it had not been dispatched. I then contact the headquarters to find out what has happened only to be told my item had been delayed for extra checks and would receive it the following day. I would not have known had i not made contact as this company made no effort to even send me an email to inform me but more than happy to take the payment. Ill never purchase from toolstation stores ever again.

   Very rude member of staff on the desk, tall guy. Very patronising. Almost huffed when i was asking for help. Customer service of a plank. Very dissatisfied

   I have come to this warehouse multiple times. Every other time I was served well and never had any problems with the service. However, yesterday at around 12:30 to 1:00 I asked one of the people at the till a question. The reply I got was something I never thought I would hear from a receptionist. She told me blatantly that she will not answer me. Confused I asked again 2 to 3 more times but still got the same disrespectful answer. I then thought of the scale of rudeness this was as she couldn’t even say ‘I don’t know’ instead she decided to tell me ‘I won’t tell you’. I now ask everyone including the manager is she really suitable to service customers without answering their questions?

   Appalling Service. Waited ages to be served as only 1 member of staff. If my only experience of Toolstation was based on this branch I would NEVER use them. Luckily my local branch is Seacroft which is excellent! Elland road branch needs to get a grip.

   Fantastic service! Ordered a click and collect via the website and received a notification on the app that it was ready to collect within 10 minutes. Popped down to the store and was served by Craig who was very friendly and efficient. Great service all round.

   This store has consistently slow service. I went in and there was only 1 person serving. I was first in the queue and I was waiting ages. I was picking up my click and collect, I wasn't even ordering. The cashier was alright, they don't go above and beyond here, they drag their feet. Also, there's no point having a click and collect point if no one is manning it. Most products are out of stock or have massively gone up in price. Screw fix around the corner is loads better.
