   we went in to buy a vanity unit and left having purchased a vanity unit and a full bathroom fit out for our main house bathroom, Mel was a delight to work with, we asked so many questions and she calmly and efficiently search hedges out all the many pieces of merchandise from many different suppliers to ensure we got the right fit for our bathroom. After sales is often the place companies fall down, not at Clifton, again Mel was super efficient, we had a couple of small c challenges and they were handled with calm first class service. We have more work to do and will be going straight back to see Mel .

   If you have the pleasure of dealing with Caitlin at Clifton Bathrooms, Seacroft you won’t be disappointed. She was beyond helpful and really patient when it took us time to make up our minds. Caitlin was super friendly, incredibly attentive and ensured that we were getting the best deal possible. Fantastic customer service all round and I would highly recommend visiting Caitlin and the team if you are looking at getting a new bathroom. They really know their stuff.

   Lovely helpful staff and great service. Caitlin at Clifton bathrooms (seacroft branch) was so helpful from start to finish. She came out and did a home measure as I have a funny shaped bathroom and I wasn’t sure what would and wouldn’t work. She spent time finding exactly what I wanted and designing my bathroom to suit our family and our budget. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks again.

   Caitlin from Seacroft has been my account manager / designer for just over a year now and she's amazing every time, not just with purchasing or aftercare after the sales been made but with all my customers. They all speak so highly of Caitlin she's so happy to go above and beyond to make sure everyone's happy from start to finish. Can't praise her enough for all her hard work. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my orders to the same high standard as she does.

They went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful recommended one of their plumbers. we decided to replace the whole bathroom. Vanity unit.    We were really happy from start to finish with the service and products from Clifton Bathrooms Seacroft Leeds Special thanks to Debbie Moran who went that extra mile to offer a very patient one to one with myself showing and explaining the different products on offer. We are extremely pleased with the end result, our new bathroom looks amazing! We had a few product to return that were surplus to requirement and there was no issue in doing this. I would not hesitate in recommending Clifton Bathrooms to family and friends in the future! Thank you... you've been amazing!

   We absolutely love our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom/WC from Clifton’s. From our very first visit to the store in Seacroft we were given a first class service. Debbie Moran could not have been more helpful. She came and did a home visit and was very helpful and reassuring providing ideas and suggestions. She then worked tirelessly to find exactly what I wanted sending me photos and links to ensure we got it right. She is very positive and passionate about what she does and also just a thoroughly nice person. She is a real credit to the company. Everyone we have dealt with at the store have been wonderful including the Manager. We have found that all of the products purchased from Clifton’s are solid and very high quality, in fact our fitter commented on this several times. Over all we are extremely satisfied with the whole process and thrilled with the end result. We can’t recommend Clifton’s in Seacroft highly enough and will be encouraging family, friends and neighbours to go there. Thank you so much to all of you and especially to Debbie.

   Seacroft store. Made countless delivery errors (wrong items/missing items/broken items) which extended the duration of the job considerably. Promised (both verbally and in writing) a refund for the issues they caused but never actually gave the refund. They simply just ignored the messages and emails. Considered legal action but decided to draw a line under it and instead share my honest review with the world. Initial conversations and sales process were good but in the end they failed to deliver on their promises. I can only speak for my own experience with the company and ultimately I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Use at your own risk! Update: I am please to say Steve Harding (the new depot manager) contacted me directly, and was polite and helpful and quickly and professionally dealt with the issue to our satisfaction. With the new manager and the hugely improved customer service I am very pleased to give this positive feedback. Subsequently have upgraded my star rating from 1 to 3 (it would have been higher if based solely on our recent interactions, but I still have to consider the past in my rating). Thank you for resolving the matter Steve, much appreciated.
