   The loveliest staff helped us decide on a pram. Going in with no clear idea what I wanted their patience and expertise put us at ease and helped us decide. There was no pressure to buy and a large range of options to look at. Would highly recommend.

   Came to view some prams and was literally there a few mins looking around for a travel system on a budget. One of the women commented "we sell online if i spend time with you im not selling online" how rude we came from far to view prams. I was close to putting an order in but now i wont bother she put me off. Avoid guys!! Shop is small too who said its big!

   Jayne and Maxine are fantastic, such lovely, friendly people who just put you at ease. They couldn't have been more helpful. The shop has everything you need and they have the knowledge to help you make the best decision for you with no pressure at all to purchase. Its fantastic that they take you outside and down the cobbles to test the prams, you get such a good feel for what you need. Me and my husband are so thankful we decided to pop in today and managed to find the pram set of my dreams. Thank you both for such an amazing experience! Kim and Shaun

   Lovely little shop. Staff are extremely helpful. I have had a couple of issues with my pram ( which i have had for over 2 years) which they have helped me sort out at no cost. They were also really helpful providing me advise on a new car seat, which they also price matched! Would definately recommend.

   Babycare Bradford has fast become my absolute go to for anything baby. The team are amazing, knowledgeable and on hand to give advice on the best products for our lifestyle and our little boy. Such a personal touch every time, with every trip to the shop being so enjoyable. Claire and the team genuinely know our family and treat us like one of their own family members!    We went to baby care at Bolton junction alittle while ago as we was at a loss with finding parts for the icandy peach (a very old model) we was absolutely clueless and we just found out we was expecting twins so my worry loss had doubled! the shop itself is immaculate, the ladies at the front desk was so welcoming and didn’t apply any pressure when walking through the doors. My family and I had help from Claire and she was a breath of fresh air and really went out of her way to help us with what we needed! We purchased the parts with all the credit going to Claire and we are due to pick up soon! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone as they are wonderful people and the range they have are amazing!    The fact we’ve spent our last 3 Saturdays at Babycare, sums up our experience! We had visited larger department stores prior to Babycare but were left feeling confused and overwhelmed everytime. All the staff at Babycare were super helpful, not bias to any particular brand and were very patient and knowledgeable, which made our shopping experience 10x better than anywhere else we’d been. The shopping experience at an independent and family-run business is poles apart from the larger department stores, and I’m glad we kept going back to Babycare to see their friendly faces! We finally made our mind up on purchasing a pram at the weekend and couldn’t have done it without the help of Claire, Rachael and the rest of the lovely staff who helped. No request or question was ever too much for them, and they truly went above and beyond in every visit and all communication in between. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
