Can’t remember the lads name who sorted me out but he got me the cheapest deal he could and rapid delivery (next day) I bought a washer and fridge and couldn’t be happier with what he recommended. Would definitely recommend. Honest review!
We bought our cooker from here. The staff were helpful and it was an easy process. The cooker was delivered a couple of days later and they installed and took away our old cooker within about 20 minutes.
Great experience dealing with the guys here. Saved over £150 compared to the high street sotres on a dishwasher. Reliable advise and actually listened to what we wanted and the budget we had set. No hard sell, will certainly use for all our appliances in the future.
Amazing customer service, me and my husband came down on the 6th August we really needed a washing machine cheap as possible but great quality, we went to a previous shop in Burnley that does refurbished washers for 270 but would be available from Wednesday. We then googled other washing machine shops in Burnley and found this Fab place. Gentleman who served us Josh found us a brand new 9kg washer for an amazing 210 and we added the washing bundle to get it installed. Can't recommend this place enough! :)
Excellent customer service from purchase through to delivery. Good selection of appliances at prices that are comparable and quite often better than the internet and large electrical retailers. Good advice. Will certainly use again when we want any more electrical appliances.
I had the best customer experience without leaving my home. I rang up for a new washing machine and a quick delivery as my machine had blown. I described the machine I had , size of the one I had etc and got a call back in less than an hour with options. I had my new machine delivered the very next day, installed and old machine removed by them. No messing about, no fuss and lovely staff. This was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.
Ordered a machine from Amazon from this company on Thursday 19th due to be delivered Tuesday 24th. Now been told it won't be delivered until Thursday 26th although The Appliance Store are advertising free delivery on 25th through Amazon. A phone call to the company blamed Amazon so wasn't really much use. One cancelled order!

It’s absolute mess! I bought a fridge freezer from Amazon using this store , Showing next day delivery but waited 15 days and I decided to get a refund but the operator refused to issue the refund. Never buy from this store again AO is much better store
Ordered a washing machine via Amazon. Two days later at 8am the machine arrived. The two delivering it took the old built-in machine out, installed and tested the new one. Left the whole area clean and tidy. From beginning to end a seemless experience.
