From start to finish great shown around .loads of mattress to see & try we were made very welcome staff were very helpful. We were promised the mattress we'd before lunch, @ thats what we got i would recommend Ali babies to anyone thank you regards Faith Hudson

Really happy with our recent experience. The bed was delivered quickly at a time that suited us. Staff were friendly, very helpful and made everything easy for us. I’d definitely recommend and we will be back in the future!

I have recently got a divan bed from here and a mattress too and it is so comfy. The fabric of the bed frame which is a plush silky feel is gorgeous and matches my bedroom carpets. Very good price all inclusive for mattress and bed. Nice salesperson too which is always a bonus considering how most places have gone downhill since the pandemic. Thank you for the service would highly recommend if in need of furniture to go here.
I came here to find a dining table and bed and was pleasantly very surprised at how nice and helpful the staff were and how reasonably priced they were. Would definitely visit again. Delivery and assembly was spot on.
Staff was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I was told i am not able to take a picture of a wardrobe i wanted for my room. I don't know what issue a picture of a wardrobe would do to this business. No signs to advise photos can not be taken. Do not visit this place, save your money and go elsewhere!
Poor Service . Very Unprofessional They don't even deserve 1.0 score !! Never ever recommend this shop!!! Weve bought carpets to fit in our study, landing and staircase. next week, they've ring us and saying they're coming in 20 min (What the heck!) First they have to ensure their client if they're are home or not! they cant just say there coming straight away?! Anyway, We've Been rushing to get home from Halifax to BD14 just we don't want to miss them! then, For our landing and staircase fitting they didn't manage to fit it that time as it weren't ready at the moment to fit the carpet. So we have kept our carpet until were all ready to fit the existing carpet that we have bought from them. Now we call in there shop and explained about everything to them, and the manager seems to be not interested as they wont be getting any big lump of MONEY and he just recommend us to the carpet fitter contractors! And wont be interested to help us fitting our carpets bought from them!!! Manager should know professionalism and how to care to their clients!!! Wont recommend this at all!!!
