“The BIGGEST thank you to Tom who helped me with ski boots - the most patient & friendly member of staff I could have hoped to come across. Not only this, but he was extremely knowledgeable about ski boots, the correct fits, and even the sport itself. Nothing was too much, despite trying on and needing him to adjust multiple pairs of boots. Tom is an absolute asset to the store - thank you so much.”

We had a bit of trouble on one item not being recognised for its labelled price but the staff and especially manager Kurtis were brilliant in helping us. Would highly recommend a visit”

Went back next weekend and staff were fantastic, swapped it to a black one for me with no issues at all, and even marked it down to the same price it was the weekend before.
