   I was at the store today towards the end kf the day. Looking for ski coats, I would like to say thank you to James for going out of his way to quickly check whether the “on sale” coat I wanted was available to order from online, because of the size, and spoke to me in a warm tone of voice When paying, I met this lovely girl Hannah and she basically walked me through the whole buying and returning process and led us step by step with the ordering process. She is kind, chatty and patient. Super lovely Customer service is sooooo good here, really welcoming :))
