    I bought a ball from Netwitts and after just one day of use it ripped. When I contacted them about a replacement, instead of offering a solution, they asked me questions like what PSI I had pumped the ball to — which is impossible to know when using a standard hand pump. Despite explaining the situation, they neither offered a replacement nor a refund, and eventually concluded that the ball had hit something sharp and they can't replace it. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service

    Always a positive service using Newitts to order sports equipment for work. Regular orders of large amounts over the past 5 years are always delivered super quick, sometimes the next day even without paying for that service. Website is easy to use or to place orders, loads of stock, great quality equipment, well packed and shipped. You cant go wrong using Newitts to buy your sports gear and equipment.

    Poor quality. Football bag broke after a week. Not doing the send back, wait for days, then get another one which would probably break or wait for refund then find another bag - I'll just drag this one across the floor.
