   I ordered a garden set with JYSK on 10th May, I have just been told that I will get delivery on 14th June. This is following an email on 23rd May saying my delivery was on its way. I must say the Customer Service response and communications with this company have been awful. They debited my money on 23rd May and I still haven’t had my delivery. I had to wait for 3 days for a response to my email, and that response was a very lame apology. Buyer beware, good prices but pathetic customer service!!

   Shop lacked information, many of the display items were damaged and shop soiled so it didn't fill you with confidence. That said the product range was good and the products themselves had clearly been well designed and thought through.

   Bought a Velerup wardrobe from the york store . It took a couple of weeks to arrive I was pleasantly surprised at the quality as I hadn't seen it in store . Quite heavy solid build and good instructions (took two to lift it into place once the back was on . Draw runners were metal not cheap plastic ones from other suppliers. Would recommend to anybody .

   It is a very useful, handy and practical store. What you need for your home you can get them from this shop such as waste bins, cusions, plates, duvets, furniture...etc. Their designs a bit look like ikea s one but I find them cheaper than ikea. Their staff also very polite and helpful.All in all I love it.

   Came from Mansfield to pick up an order we reserved online. 1 chair was badly damaged(large hole/cut) in the set so asked if they could swap it for another chair that was there on the shop floor in front of us ? Assistant rang the manager who said no it has to be sold as a set. We weren't happy with the 20% discount offer for a chair not fit for purpose when they could have sold a full set full price just by swapping a chair !!! Very Poor management, think twice before using this service & travelling.

   Large car park shared with other stores. Medium size shop with furniture, beds, bedding, desk and gaming/computer chairs. Various price points for merchandise, from a £1 upwards. Lots of offers and promotional sales that offer excellent value. Recommend.

   4 stars because we waited in queue for an hour to pick up our sofa today (in Covid times of course!) I think it definitely calls for timed delivery slots, and definitely don't go to pick up your things on a weekend if you're in a rush. Despite the long queue, however, they staff were so lovely despite what must have been a stressful situation, and we were really, really pleased with the service we received, and our sofa is really beautiful.
