    Seeing other positive reviews of this store gives me hope that my experience yesterday was down to Sunday staffing or something like that. The shop was busy but 3 staff members all stood behind the tills ignoring customers, 2 of them openly playing on their phones. I asked a 4th member of staff who was bringing out stock what the difference was between the ranges of some of the non-stick pans and he just looked blankly at me then started looking at the description on the shelves. Once I'd worked out for myself what I wanted to buy (thanks Google, but not what I went into the shop for) the girl on the till didn't even look at me, just carried on talking to her colleague while she scanned the box and just pointed at the card machine. Love Tefal products and the outlet prices and deals are great, but know what you want first or risk no help or knowledge from the staff in this store (or avoid on a Sunday).

    Amazing customer service. Came back for a return without a receipt or even a date of purchase, but ryan and tina helped me locate the receipt from their records and helped me with my repair. They also let me leave my shopping to the side and come back for it later. Amazing staff.
