“I cannot thank Matthew and his amazing team more for the last 2 years. My braces journey (18 months with fixed braces top and bottom) is officially complete! It's been an emotional one! I had not visited a dentist since childhood. I was petrified in all honesty. I couldn't even wait in a waiting room with my children for their check ups. After reading a review of this practice I decided if they could do it I would also give it a go! I was desperate to have a shiny new smile for my 40th birthday!! My wish has finally come true!! 2 years ago I started my journey at this amazing practice. It took everything I had to even pick the phone up to find the information but when I did I didn't regret a thing! Vanessa, Jo and the reception team are amazing! They have listened to my constant questions throughout my treatment (via phone and a lot of emails!!). They have all supported me through the treatment I needed before my braces were fitted. I have never felt more welcomed or at ease at any dental practice. I have had a lot of treatment of my teeth and even though I was anxious I had literally nothing to worry about. Every appointment I had was supported by Matthew and his amazing team. They definitely got used to my ways and I learnt many many techniques to relax throughout the appointments and felt at ease from the start. It's been a long but supported journey and I could not be happier with the results! I love my new smile and I got it just after my 40th birthday which was the icing on the cake!! If I can go through this journey anyone can! Do not hesitate if you've never visited a dentist before or you're anxious about it, there is nothing to worry about! You're in great hands! Matthew is the best and his team are amazing! I'm going to miss my appointments every 8 weeks. They became part of my life. End of a chapter. I really cannot wait to enjoy my new smile and I can definitely encourage anyone debating it to just do it!!”

He has provided great care for me and my family, especially my teenage son who was quickly referred to the hospital for braces when Alex noticed he had problems with his adult teeth. He recently extracted two of his adult teeth in preparation for the brace and he was amazing. He took the time to explain the process, answered his questions and gave him a stress ball to squeeze as he was quite anxious. My son didn't even feel the numbing injections going in, it was incredible! The whole practice is great, they really take care of you. My husband and I are on dental plans, and our two children are free NHS. I'm so glad we chose to go with them.”

The reception team, waiting room and staff make the place feel friendly and relaxed from the moment you walk in. “Been using Ainsty Dental for almost 20 years. Steve has been looking after mine, my husband's and my 2 (now adult) children. Between us I've lost track of how many fillings and other treatments we've had. He has done implants for my husband and I and all gone really well, so much so that we've recommended friends that have also had treatment there. I suffer with a gag reflex that Steve deals well with, able to take X-rays and perform treatments that I usually struggle with. “Since using Crystal Clear Dentist in York, I have to say this is the best dentist I have ever used, and it's so good that I don't mind traveling from Bridlington to receive the treatment, and that's down to the wonderful, polite and friendly staff, and most importantly, a fantastic dentist, Stephen. He always makes you feel at ease soon as you sit in the chair, and he is very thorough. My past dentists in my town were rather rough, but Stephen is the complete opposite. “I have had my teeth straightened with Invisalign at Beyu, as well as hygienist and a crown fitted. They have been amazing from start to finish, the entire team fills you with confidence and reassures you every step of the way with realistic expectations. I had been to 2 other dentists about Invisalign and the dentists never gave me the reassurance that Beyu did. Pricing was discussed at the beginning and realistic variations that could occur so I had no surprises during my treatment. Couldn’t recommend them enough!”

What struck me on this occasion was that his caring nature didn’t waver despite a busy waiting room and a seemingly endless stream of patients coming in and out of his surgery. He saw me way after 6pm for an emergency appointment, both him and his assistant were lovely, and I left without the pain I had gone in with. Looked like they were nearing the end of a tough day but there was no compromise on quality.”
