“I cannot thank Matthew and his amazing team more for the last 2 years. My braces journey (18 months with fixed braces top and bottom) is officially complete! It's been an emotional one! I had not visited a dentist since childhood. I was petrified in all honesty. I couldn't even wait in a waiting room with my children for their check ups. After reading a review of this practice I decided if they could do it I would also give it a go! I was desperate to have a shiny new smile for my 40th birthday!! My wish has finally come true!! 2 years ago I started my journey at this amazing practice. It took everything I had to even pick the phone up to find the information but when I did I didn't regret a thing! Vanessa, Jo and the reception team are amazing! They have listened to my constant questions throughout my treatment (via phone and a lot of emails!!). They have all supported me through the treatment I needed before my braces were fitted. I have never felt more welcomed or at ease at any dental practice. I have had a lot of treatment of my teeth and even though I was anxious I had literally nothing to worry about. Every appointment I had was supported by Matthew and his amazing team. They definitely got used to my ways and I learnt many many techniques to relax throughout the appointments and felt at ease from the start. It's been a long but supported journey and I could not be happier with the results! I love my new smile and I got it just after my 40th birthday which was the icing on the cake!! If I can go through this journey anyone can! Do not hesitate if you've never visited a dentist before or you're anxious about it, there is nothing to worry about! You're in great hands! Matthew is the best and his team are amazing! I'm going to miss my appointments every 8 weeks. They became part of my life. End of a chapter.
