   The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, always going out there way to help and assist you, the dentists are also very kind and supportive especially for people like me who don't like people shoving needles into my mouth, they always reassure me and help me by adapting to make sure I always feel comfortable when I come see the dentist, I used to have a real phobia of the dentist due to needles but now I can quite happily come to the dentist knowing that I am in good safe hands. Highly Reccomed this dentist, Cat Hirst is a god send, always know how to keep me calm during while she gives my teeth lots of attention, I always leave with a huge smile, like most of the dentists here, they are extremely knowledgeable and can give you help and advise on most things teeth related. Definitely worth the 5 star review

   I was a private patient at this practice, and attended all the appointments that were made for me. I have gum disease, so take all my appointments seriously! Imagine my surprise when they cancelled my scale and polish appointment!!! The reason they gave is accusing me of not visiting regularly enough!!! Erm excuse me, I visited when I was told to do so? It’s all down to money, I obviously wasn’t spending enough to warrant being a patient there!!! Shame on you.

   I have come to this practice for check-ups and treatments for the last couple of years. I currently see Ronnie and Comfort - they are both very professional, friendly and make me feel at ease during check-ups. I’ve always been seen on time and have easily been able to make appointments when needed. Ronnie always takes the time to explain any issues and offers very helpful advice. I’d highly recommend!

   Regularly come to this practice for check ups and treatment. Really high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, no long waits and friendly staff at reception. Highly recommend Dr Bindra, he offers a friendly and professional service, a very comfortable experience at the dentist and I know I’m getting the best advice for my teeth.

   I'm a very nervous patient who at one time, took the sedative option for a simple filling. Have seen a few dentists here over the years who have all been amazing. Their care has led to me feeling confident enough to handle a root canal with just regular anaesthetic! I'm currently a patient of Ronnie who is friendly and caring, but above all else makes you feel at ease and has the most patience for nervous people. Highly recommend!

   I hadn't been to the dentist for several years, due to a bad experience some years ago at another practice. However my experience at Bupa was exemplary, the reception staff were lovely and my dentist Ieuan was also great. They break down the process of everything they're doing and keep you fully aware and they try and get to know you and your history personally before making any decisions. I felt informed at all times it was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new practice.
