Have had 2 MOTs at this centre - last year and this year - for an electric car. They provide an excellent service and are friendly and helpful. Having had a good experience last year, I returned this year - kinda speaks for itself. Happy to recommend them. They get booked up so worth booking in advance.
I've taken my car for MOT here for many years and will continue to do so because honesty and safety matter to me. I have not had a disagreement and am treated courteously. I'm sure it helps that I am always cheerful, polite and grateful to the good people working here.

Great team from the office admin to the testing technician. Efficient, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Poor service, poor communication, do yourself a favour and go somewhere helpful rather than a hindrance. Booked my car in for MOT last week. Appointment cancelled, moved to 4 days later. They then failed my car for 'major faults' of headlight misaligned and not enough water in windscreen washer. Absolute Mickey take. Booked it into a local garage (Leeds mot centre - car service and body repairs of buslingthorpe lane) who, after being somewhat surprised, did the 'repairs'. Surprise, surprise. Leeds city council fleet service are not now answering their phones so can't book in for the free retest. As my MOT expires within the next day or so I decided to ask the garage who did the work to do it. They did it the same day and were friendly and courteous, unlike the miserable demeanor of the staff at the council ran place. I know where I'll be taking my car for its next MOT and it won't be here.
Took my 20+ years old car for its MOT, and it passed with flying colours. Price was a fairly good £40, and it took about 40 mins. They don't do repairs, so have no incentive to try as hard as possible to fail the car. Just beware if your car is not roadworty, you'll have to get it towed!
Wonderful customer service. My MOT was due. Lady at the reception is very friendly (I think the name was Elizabeth). Technicians were fast and efficient. Place with no incentives to let you down and earn money finding unnecessarily faults on your vehicle. On top they give you full ten working days to repair your vehicle if needed. Honest and nice people. Highly recommend this place!
