   Long overdue review as I have been a customer for many years now. Lovely welcome from Andrew in service reception and then superb service from Luke who fitted 2 new tyres for me. Luke was fastidious in the quality of his work, ensuring that not only were the rims of the alloys left in perfect condition, but he also cleaned the walls of the new tyres to ensure a showroom look - top marks all round and highly recommended!

   Booked my vehicle for MOT and took it in. Greeted with a smile and great atmosphere. Left vehicle. Received message that it passed MOT, which was brilliant. Picked up and jokingly said 'Not washed car?'. Great customer service. Thanks everyone.

   I'm normally too lazy to leave reviews but I feel I must in this case. My car clutch started to fail on the way from Wales to my parent in York. We made it but this effectively stranded us in York with no way of getting the family plus gear back to the south of England. We could not find another garage to book us in within a week but then asked one of them if they could recommend somewhere. They recommended Wills and Ellis (who I didnt know were still around after leaving their boroughbridge Road site) who took the car in on Monday saying they would try to do it by Friday. By Wednesday morning they called to say they had done it. The receptionist when we booked it in was very courteous and clear what the costs might be and as it happened the cost in the end was the lowest he had quoted. Pick up was similar and Carly was equally cheerful and helpful (as were her beautiful Labradors!). Thanks Wills and Ellis for a great experience saving my family's bacon by getting the car back on the road!

   Writing another review as these guys and gals are so good. Sorted out my first car with a new exhaust and other things for an affordable price while also giving me great advice each visit. Always patient with me and my terrible tyre inflating ability. Always will go here for any car needs.

   Good initial customer service and experience, free courtesy car, good value overall. Unfortunately have done a bad job cleaning the car and it is covered in swirl marks, which is very disappointing. Called to report and as expected was told the car must have been like it before (it definitely wasn’t). Car completely covered in scratches, so now I will have to polish the whole car myself before selling. Very annoying and not the review I wanted to leave as the majority of my experience was good.
