   Would definitely recommend Ivinson's Autos . I brought my car with an array of issues , needed changing timing chain , changing water pump and one of the wheel barings had to be replaced , it got done within 3 days which is happy days for a fix of that complexity , on top of that I had a courtesy car to get me to and from work for time being which is GREAT ! I visited them shortly after again , this time there was engine icon issue , as a result of their findings it became clear that the part that other garage installed was faulty , it was a new part , just faulty from factory so it got amended by the warranty and I just paid labour's costs that also left me quite happy , I was getting ready for possible several hundred quid there knowing it's engine and not knowing what it is . I really liked how I was given an explanation about what actually happened and steps to be taken . After these two jobs I know I can definitely trust my car to these guys !!!

   I had a great experience. Passing through the area for work when I unexpectedly ran into some car trouble. They fit me in and looked at it immediately. Fixed the issue, very friendly- turned out it was just a part needed screwing back on- they didn’t even charge for the time! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Ivinson Autos.

   I scheduled an MOT appointment with Ivan's Auto and the experience was excellent. Booking was straightforward and the staff were very professional. I brought the car in on time and the inspection was done quickly, thoroughly, and with real expertise. They identified the actual faults without trying to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. On the contrary, they were honest and only fixed what truly needed attention. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a vehicle inspection, and this will definitely be my go-to garage for every MOT in the future.

   We've used Ivinsons for years now and won't take our vehicles anywhere else. They're honest and good at what they do. I have the reassurance of knowing I'll never get told something needs doing that actually doesn't and when things do break I've got access to a good team of mechanics to get things put right. When things have gone wrong unexpectedly Mark and the team always endeavour to get me back on the road asap. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   My (used) car was making a bad noise when going over bumps. A couple of garages refused to look at it because it had had some parts replaced at a previous service and looked hard to diagnose. Ivinson's took the time to work out what was wrong - it took a couple of hours of digging to figure out that the steering rack had been reinstalled incorrectly - a very unusual problem to have to spot. They charged me for the time which was completely fair, and it still worked out very cheap compared to actually needing any parts.

   Had a problem with my engine. Ivinson autos said it was going to be over £1000 at least and that I should probably part exchange my car or try get rid of it. Went else where (fulford autos) and had it quoted for me at £400. I now have my car back running better than ever. I think this place should be a mot and service center and not be advertised as a garage. If you have real issues I would not recommend
