Recently took my Focus Ecoboost here primarily for a wet belt change and a new condenser after a recommendation. I was impressed with the service given, time taken to explain the work required, photos taken during and used to show me after the work completed. The mechanics go that bit further and their knowledge is clearly high. I will certainly be going back for any future requirements.

After the high street autocentre couldn’t identify the intermittent fault that was sending my Ford Transit into limp mode, I took my van to 1-stop. I’ve been driving for 25 years and this is the best garage I’ve ever used. We run a youth charity and take our minibus to them for repairs. Helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. As a female driver it’s so refreshing to meet mechanics who don’t speak to you like you know nothing about engines. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
