Booked a free exhaust check in for my Mercedes. I was seen to straight away and was shown exactly what the fault was and how it needs to be fixed. They did a free temporary repair and got me back in the road in no time. Would really recommend, genuine and honest place to have your car looked after!

Went in this evening after noticing I had a rear flat tyre. First garage I went to suggested Kwik Fit in Daybrook and Iβm so glad they did. Even though it was late in the day, they fitted a new tyre for me and brought a bit of humour back into what could have turned into an even longer day. Offered a range of solutions, all of which were reasonably priced, and gave their expert opinions without coming across as pushy. Great service and would definitely recommend to others.

I wanted to leave a review for QuickFit in Arnold on Mansfield Road after receiving genuinely outstanding customer service this week. On Friday, I had taken my car elsewhere (Lindleyβs) for its MOT. Iβd been having issues with my tyres for a couple of days - they were flat and I couldnβt find anywhere to put air in them, as multiple petrol stations either had broken machines or none at all. When I dropped my car off, I kindly asked if they could put air in the tyres, but when I collected it (despite it passing its MOT), all four tyres were still flat. After leaving, I tried another petrol station on Mansfield Road, only to find their air machine was also out of order. Right next door was QuickFit, so I popped into reception in a bit of a desperate state and explained the situation. A gentleman called Jai immediately told me to drive the car straight in and sorted it for me without hesitation, putting air in all four tyres so I could get home safely. I later realised this is something QuickFit offer as standard, but the way it was handled felt like exceptional customer service. I left thinking Iβd definitely book my next MOT there. Then on Sunday, two days later, my back right tyre was completely flat again. At 3:56pm, just four minutes before closing, I pulled into QuickFit and explained the situation, worried as I had work early the next morning. I asked whether I might be able to come in first thing - but instead, David immediately took the car in before closing time. After inflating the tyre, he identified the underlying issue and took the time to properly fix it. I left around 4:15pm with a repaired tyre and zero stress about getting to work the next day. Iβm incredibly grateful to both Jai and David for their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help - especially when they could very easily have turned me away. This is exactly how customer service should be done, and Iβll be returning to QuickFit Arnold for any future work on my car. Highly recommend.

Indicator bulb replaced by Adam who gave great customer service. The staff at this branch are helpful and friendly. Prices charged seem reasonable and I have good experiences when taking my car here for repairs. If there are any issues then staff work hard to resolve them.

I rang a few garages on a Sunday morning. I got in touch with Michael who told me to come in. It was a busy Sunday morning but they were very polite and I didn't have to wait long. Michael also did a quick check of my tyre pressure. Great service provided. I will be using them often

Great customer srevice, in and out within 40 mins from a nail in my tyre, worrying i may need a new tyre, the technician returned with fantastic news that no tyre was needed, and even better news there was no charge. WELL DONE KWIK FIT.

Went in to have a screw removed from my front tyre. Car was in for about 45 mins, while staff worked on it. At the end, screw removed and no charge!!!!!! Amazing service. Still cant believe they did not charge me. Excellent.

I had a slow puncture. I called Friday at 4pm to arrange a new tyre. I wasn't expecting to be seen on the Friday. So I wanted to know if I needed to make an appointment for the following day. I was told no. Just bring it in at 8.30 and it would be first come first served. For me this was fine. But when I arrived at 8.30am I was asked if I had an appointment time. Obviously I didn't. I got the we are very busy and you should have made an appointment....I was arrived before the site opened. I was first to the desk! It is now 11.36am and it is taking an age to change two tyres. There goes a Saturday morning due to them not informing me when I called that an appointment was needed.

I took my car for repairs but unfortunately my car key fob came back with a damage. The charge for the repair was ridiculous and my partner warned me to withdraw from their service but I refused. I handed my car key to them in whole good condition but I got the car back and the fob broken hence it left the control to work intermittently. Initially, Micheal the manager advise I buy a new battery and a new key fob with his words to refund me on the key fob purchase. I bought the key fob and a new battery but the controller wonβt work. We rang Honda office where we got a quote of Β£206. Micheal had refused to take responsibility nor accept the damage. I rang his manager Steve Cale but it turns out that he would choose his colleague over his client. I have rang Steve more than twice and our conversation always ended with him promising to speak to Micheal to find a solution. Itβs over a week now and the team has refused to take responsibility nor replace my key fob. I will strongly advise you donβt patronize them except you have some spare cash in case of further damage
