Been taking my car there now for 3 years for mot and any repairs that need doing. Friendly efficient and fairly priced.
I took my car to a very well known MOT centre who quoted me roughly 400-500£ for repairs. Something smelt fishy about it, maybe gut instinct. I got a recommendation from a body works specialist who put me in the direction of this MOT Centre. I spoke to Dan on the phone, explained my situation and he booked me in a day later. Within 2 days my car was fixed and back on the road for 1/4 of the price. The whole time I felt like my car was being well taken care of by Dan and the rest of the team, this was my first visit and I already felt like a valued customer. A genuine business with genuine staff, I could not recommend this MOT centre enough!

I have been a customer at Nottingham MOT Centre for a few years now, and I am very satisfied with their vehicle repair service, and pricing. I travel about 25 miles into Nottingham without hesitation, and have done so twice recently. 1. I had been quoted locally for a complete suspension arm for my Citroen C3. I had just had the front tyres replaced, and it was found that a ball joint had excessive play in it, causing uneven wear to one of the tyres. The tyre centres policy was to only replace complete arms. Nottingham MOT Centre competently assessed the issue, identified the problem, only needing to replace the ball joint itself; all other components were deemed fine. Around £80 saved, and I take it on good authority - a quality ball joint too. Result!! Nottingham Wheel Alignment Centre Limited - next door took care of the Tracking, making this a great service combination, with no fuss. (see separate review). 2. New cam belt, including water pump replacement on my Citroen C3, plus installation of gear cables, as I was having difficulty selecting the reverse gear (ughhh)! Good price, and quick turnaround. Once again I made use of one of their fleet of courtesy cars, which for me is extremely convenient as I live outside of Nottingham. I now have a car that goes in reverse without making terrible noises, and a car that hopefully will have many more miles left in it, without the worry of a dreaded cam belt failure. Thank you!! I'll be back soon with another vehicle to repair - My van this time - welding etc, plus an MOT. First time customer as my usual garage doesnt offer a class 7 MOT, called in to book a test, the staff were very approachable, booked the test for the following week, it failed, the tester explained the issues and also showed what they were, so it was back the following day for a retest. They really do strike you as the sort of people you want to do business with, straightforward, honest, polite, and most of all trustworthy. I will be recommending them as well as using them in the future
Incredible customer service! Very polite and friendly especially as I didn't have a clue what was the issue, although Siobhan was fantastic at explaining everything and extremely well priced.
Highly recommend this garage - I've been using this company with my Transit for MOTs for a few years now, absolutely fantastic service, honest attentive garage where nothing is too much trouble to help you out. Thanks again team, see you again next year!
