   I booked my vehicle in for a MOT for which I was charged a flat rate of £49.95. In addition I was informed for a washer pump that needed to be replaced. This was charged at £131.79, to fit a part costing less than £20, we were charged for a full hours labour plus VAT. We have taken the matter to the Ombudsman who have asked us to give the Company a chance to put the matter right. We have found Dwayne very reasonable to deal with but N. Groccock was not forthcoming in putting this matter right.

   Booked my car for MOT at 9am, been told whole thing would take up to 1 hour only. Expected car to be ready by 10am so arranged things after that. Once on site waited till 9:10am as the owner was late. Left my keys and politely asked to lock my car as I forgot to do it (and he recorded that), then I've been also informed my car would be ready by 2pm as that is the time they're open till that day. I though it's just typical answer given as things and plans may slip a bit from time to time - cannot blame them. Decided to wait additional 20 min and realised my car wasn't touched and remained unlocked till 9:30am. Came back and discussed my booking and promises given via the phone - been told car would be ready by 11am - acceptable delay, but still no apology whatsoever for confusion and blank promises earlier. Car remained open still when I left the site - seems they are not bothered if something got stolen as it does not belong to them. They did MOT at the end (10.30am), but charged me £49 not £39 as agreed via the phone. Seems they're slippery not with the time only but price as well. Even Vauxhall dealership does not charge that price for MOT (!). I've made a mistake by choosing local place to look after my car - never again. Shame as they are local and I've expected to receive a bit better experience so can use that place on regular basis. However, concerned and very disappointed with poor customer service received. If they are not keen to look after your car in front of you what happens when you are not around - that is a deal breaker for me and thing to consider when going there.

   Ive used this garage a few times now and have been happy with the service. I took my Hyundai i10 in for a full service today and was very impressed on collection when I saw that not only had they serviced it but had also replaced the wiper blades and given it a complete valet inside and out!! It looks amazing,I barely recognised it at first!! I've never received this level of customer service and attention to detail at any other garage I've been to in the past. These guys are great,if you are looking for honest,reliable, professional quality mechanics who take pride in their work,look no further:)

   After several garages trying to rip me off, I was reluctant to go to another garage. However, after going here, they restored my faith! Despite me knowing nothing about cars, they are honest and always give great service, they explain things and are super friendly! Would recommend, I wont go anywhere else now :)
