   The team were excellent and clearly explained the root cause of our issue. I would definitely use them again especially as they were open on Sunday too. Cost was very competitive also.

   I normally use Lindleys for tyres but as they were closed I visited Kwik Fit today and had two new tyres. Excellent service from the two guys working at the garage as they spotted a puncture on a third tyre and instead of selling me a third tyre they were able to repair one of the originals that I thought was punctured (turns out it was a faulty valve). I felt let down at the end as the card machine was broken and I had to wait a further 40 minutes on top of the hour I had already waited for the work to be done as the card machine was broken. In the end I suggested paying cash which meant popping to the cash machine which charged for withdrawal... Really frustrating considering I had paid out over £300. It wasn't the staffs fault but they were clearly ran off their feet having to carry out work in the garage, man the reception desk and sort out IT issues. Kwik Fit need to employ more staff to help them out.

   Fantastic service, took both front tyres off within 5 minutes and replaced them & we was off on our travels. Absolutely amazing customer service and very quick. They checked all my tyres whilst it was in & tracked the car also.

   I visited Kwik Fit in Bulwell due to a slow puncture due to a nail in my tyre. The staff member I spoke to couldn't give me a straight answer about whether the tyre could even be changed that day which didn’t inspire much confidence and left me slightly confused. Despite this, I left my car with them to be looked at. When giving my details, I found it odd that the staff member asked if my surname was different to the one on record – it felt more like he was trying to “catch me out” than confirm details. I also didn’t receive any update for the rest of the day until my partner went in to ask directly. The conversation quickly shifted to trying to upsell three tyres for around £600, even though I’d only gone in to replace one. My partner was then met with a comment about how Kwik Fit has a bad reputation for overcharging women, which only added to the discomfort. There was also a comment about making sure my car is safe for my son, which felt unnecessarily patronising given that the other tyres were still road legal and I’d made it clear I could only afford to replace the punctured one at this time until pay day. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and uneasy with how the situation was handled – from poor communication to uncomfortable comments. I won’t be returning to this branch. Stick to the facts, stop making unsettling comments and have better more professional communication with your customers.

   Got a screw in our tyre, so came to have it fixed on Sunday. We thought we might have to change the tyre but they measured it and confirmed it reparable. Whilst waiting, I used the toilet and it was so clean with a diffuser in it. It only costed £29 as well! You're our life savers, thank you :)

   Poor service asked for a price on a tyre said they had not got one in stock we can get you one for tomorrow which I agreed drove 8 miles back to kwik-fit and they still said they haven't got the tyre in yet I told them to forget it Drove to kams about a mile away they also said they haven't got my size but we can order one it will be about 2 hours so I said I will come back later the tyre was there and fitted within half hour. I won't be going to kwik-fit again.

   I went for a puncture repair of my van, the guy told me after repair, that it's £25 for job or if you want to donate£5 towards charity that's ok today. I didn't understand what he meant, I asked him again, he explained me that you just donate £5 for charity today. When I donated more than what he said oh you are so generous. Really appreciate the gesture. We need more people like that. Thanks
