   I wish I had known about this company earlier because I could have been spared a lot of distress. I had the misfortune to have a small dent/crease worked on by Keith Baines of Newark, who did a shocking job and messed up the metal memory, leaving the area with loads of pimples and ripples. Neil from Dent Perfection assessed the area and said he could make it a million times better which he did! I am really grateful to him for remedying another person's bad workmanship. He also made a couple of little indentations on the edge of the roof disappear. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dent Perfection to anyone who wants a truly professional job doing. Neil is a perfectionist and a master of his trade. His company is the only one I would go to in future, now that I know the standard that can be achieved. Thank you Neil.

   Totally outstanding customer service by Nathan today. I contacted Nathan this afternoon as he was highly recommended, to take a look at a dent (which i was told by other professionals that there was nothing they could do) in the side of my brand new car i had collected from Audi 3 weeks ago. Very helpful, professional and pleasant on the phone when i called him, he directed me to the location he was working at and was there waiting for me. I explained my situation and showed him the small dent i had to which he explained as this dent had been poorly 'fixed' previously, he will do his upmost best. Nathan was very understanding and empathetic of my situation and wanted to help me as much as he could. With arriving, i had in mind that Nathan would kindly look at the damage and book me in for an appointment to repair the dent however he did the work there and then in a very timely manner. Nathan was astounded by my situation and the service i had received from the dealership i had brought my car from and refused any payment for the excellent service he had provided to myself. Before leaving the premises, Nathan asked me to inspect the work he had completed and ensured i was happy with it before driving away, this shows customer satisfaction and personal pride with the work he conducts. The dent has been removed to an exceptional standard, the service i received was second to non and i drove away feeling extremely happy as my new car is no longer damaged and i had just received the best customer service i could've possibly of had. Nathan has restored my faith in human kindness today as well as making my car feel like a new car again! I recommend this very kind, professional, understanding and perfectionist to anyone who requires his service. I will most definitely contact Nathan himself if and when i need anything doing to my car. Thank you again Nathan.

   Would highly recommend Neil and Dent Perfection. Did a great job on my BMW 335d getting rid of a really deep dent on my offside front door for a really good price. Neil managed to turn the job around really quickly as well, I left my car with him 5pm on a Tuesday evening and it was ready for collection by 2pm the next day. I left my vehicle with him at his home address which has high security cameras and a brick wall for added piece of mind. Thanks Neil

   Following an unfortunate incident with a car door in high winds, my 2021 BMW X5 was badly dented on the off side passenger door and rear panel - see photos below. I did extensive google research for dent removal specialists in my local area and chose Dent Perfection. What appealed to me about Neil and the team was their track record and google reviews but specifically the testimonies from premium car retailers in the area. I have to say I have not been disappointed. Throughout the whole process Neil has been professional and transparent about what could be done and what may be problematic. Despite the potential challenges with the location of the dents, he has done a fantastic job, in a timely way and for a reasonable charge. I cannot be happier with the outcome (see photos below) and would recommend Dent Perfection to anyone, regardless of the type of vehicle you have. Many thanks to Neil and the team.
