   You truly are a genuine, trustworthy garage who take great pride in providing the best service possible. This is the second time I have now visited this branch and both times have been truly outstanding. Jay is an absolute credit to your team. I have been let down by 2 previous garages who left my car in unsafe conditions resulting in further repairs and cost. No matter how busy you were that day, Jay found the time to personally inspect my car and point out some major issues that had been missed / caused by other garages, including a main dealer! I will now only use your garage due to the outstanding service given to me by Jay. Thank you to Jay and the team. Thank you for making my car safe, and thank you for being the reason I have trust in a garage now.

   Great service! I called in the day before and Jay checked which front wipers I needed for my car. He made a couple of calls and ordered them in for the next day. Booked to have them fitted at 14.30 and despite Jay being very busy answering the phone, dealing with customers and being in the workshop, he fitted the wipers promptly and checked my tyre pressure/refilled while I waited.

   Really friendly and honest team at the Bedford garage. I’ve had several bits done on my car, including an MOT, over the last couple of weeks, and they were always really helpful and made me feel at ease. Will went above and beyond to help me with an issue that stemmed from another garage, but the whole team were so welcoming each time I visited. I can’t recommend them enough!

   Honest, quick, professional and polite - what more can you ask for from a garage? 2nd year in a row a clean mot on a car now 10 years old. It would be easy for them to assume I'm a clueless woman and that they can add a repair or two to the bill, not realising that someone I know has already given it a quick once over for me, but they don't. Great guys.

   Went to kwikfit in Bedford Broadway as someone said our tyres were illegal. They could have just said they were but the guy said they had a good few thousand miles left on them. Eventually we did get them done at kwikfit. They were fully booked until Tuesday but I explained I had to drive to Liverpool from Bedford on Monday. One of the managers ( Alan ) said if I was prepared to leave it on Sunday he would make sure it was done and it was done on Sunday. This is a great local service with honest people and extremely good prices. Thank you Alan and Kwikfit

   Absolutely fantastic, my car went in for MOT service and had my brake's done. Customer service was Outstanding. Kept me informed of everything. They had to take front end of car off to deal with my headlights due to lightbulbs being replaced by Halfords a few months ago and the pin came away. Hence they spent time putting this right. They went above and beyond. So I thank the staff in Bedford for there hard work. Outstanding service. Everyone that went in to Kwik fit at Bedford today while I was waiting all got outstanding service and advice. Well done
