   On 20th October, Sunday night a gust of wind blew a solar panel over and it impacted the rear window of my car, shattering it and triggering the SRS system but not strong enough to deploy the airbags. AVG attended on Wednesday 22nd of October lunchtime, and within a couple of hours had completely dismantled the boot door and replaced the window. So expertly was the job done that I can confidently recommend AVG Windscreens as a reliable, quick and efficient company.

   Really obliging(both customer services and the technician that came out) and excellent job on the car. The car was scheduled in for a Friday but my car was still in a garage after other work being fixed from the day before that had overrun. It kept getting delayed but instead of the AVG technician thinking of an early finish Friday, he suggested I call the garage and see if he can go further out of his way to go to the garage and carry out the work there in between the vehicle being repaired at the garage. That really does deserve a mention so thank you Jordan.

   Great experience getting the windscreen on my ford transit replaced, filled out the online form and got the cheapest quote in my area, called up and booked fitting for the next day. Got a call when the fitter was on the way so no waiting about. Danny V arrived and was a pleasure to meet, very friendly and efficient service and went above and beyond to try to ensure no issues down the line despite a slightly rusty aperture typical of transits. Would use again; but hopefully won’t have to!

Big Dave was fantastic, social and personable and extremely professional. He's a credit to your company and the customer experience.    Turned to these guys as had been let down by a couple of other companies. There was a slight miscommunication in timings but everyone I spoke to on the phone was really courteous and friendly and the issue was resolved. Mark the technician who fitted my new windscreen was superb. Arrived when he said he would, talked me through everything and was quick, clean and respectful of my car and made sure it was left exactly as it was found. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

   After having my window broken they fixed it the next day, when I asked autoglass for a quote they were going to charge double and take a week longer to come out. The fix took less than an hour, customer service always picks up quickly and the engineer was very nice. He also hoovered a lot of the glass up as well so it is now drivable, however I would advise booking or doing additional clean up afterwards.

   Very trustworthy and honest - Brad came out on a Job to remove & refit my windscreen as I was experiencing water droplets running down the inside of the glass. AVG were excellent in booking an appointment within 3 days of me calling. Before starting the process Brad took the time to assess the situation and determined that it was just a lot of condensation. As such the service I booked was no longer required. AVG then refunded me 100% of the cost without me even asking. Brad was friendly, professional, experienced and knowledgeable; I can't fault him at all. Finding an honest company is very much appreciated and I will definitively use and/or recommend AVG in the future. It was also much cheaper than competitors such as Autoglass.

   Fantastic service from start to finish and my windscreen was replaced within 24 hours of my call. Mark did a great job and provided great communication from advising me when he would be arriving, how he would be fixing the windscreen to advice on how long to leave the car stationary for after the job was completed. Very friendly service and I will would 100% use them again.
