“Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”

The job was done in about 40 minutes, everything was cleaned down properly, and the service was top notch. The price was also much cheaper than what bigger brands were quoting, which made the whole experience even better. I had completely run out of air con, and with the recent heat, it made a huge difference—especially with a long drive to the New Forest that day.
