Great staff here, very friendly and polite. Service done in good time and honest enough not to change the spark plugs as they just needed a clean.
STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND! Due to an intermittent fault, my car broke down. I had it towed to Premier Motor Co and they diagnosed, based on smell, that I put the wrong fuel in (petrol rather than diesel). Without checking with me first, they went ahead and drained my tank and bled the system. They charged me £252 which I paid when collecting my car. I was adamant I never put the wrong fuel in. The next day the car suddenly cut-out in the middle of a large, busy and fast roundabout with my baby in the back. Another car nearly crashed into the back of us but thankfully managed to swerve in time. I returned my car to the garage and also managed to obtain a fuel receipt proving that I had put the correct fuel in. I decided that I had no confidence in them and had it towed to another garage. Over a week ago I requested a refund - I have telephoned and emailed a copy of my diesel receipt. But still a wall of silence!
Brilliant people and always fair prices and service have used them for personal and business vehicles for over 15 years - top top top!!
Update: 2nd time I went to this garage, I had gone up a kerb and there was a clunking sound when I pulled away. I phoned up and they said to bring my car in. They looked at it the next day and realised the exhaust had come loose. They fixed the clamp and I picked it up later that day. I can’t say more than this place is amazing! Such lovely people that own and work there. This is the first time I have been to this garage. I saw their google reviews and they had a 4.7, so I thought I’d give them a go. My brakes had been squealing for a while and they booked me in. Great service and price. Definitely recommend.

Horrible experience. I left my car for MOT check there only and everything passed ok. On next day my car showed my brakes fault and system fault. I went to other car repair service and my brakes was nearly not working at all.They told me that all breaks liquid was gone and pipe was little unscrewed - THIS iS NOT HAPPENING JUST Like that and someone from this service must done this just because they want money from us . I'm still in shock. Please don't go there because is DANGEROUS and you can find more fault in your car after leaving your car there.
**AVOID** Absolute shocking experience. Staff are not helpful at all, did not even seem to care about any issues I was trying to get advice on. Will certainly not recommend or try to use again
I have been taking all the various cars we have owned here for the last 16 or so years. They are one of the best. Always friendly, polite when I ask silly questions,let you know how much things cost ahead of proceeding with work,so no nasty surprises. They have always been able to sort issues out ,even our really old cars have been kept road worthy and safe.
