   I ordered parts from this place and they arrived reasonably quickly, however all the boxes had been opened, the contents removed and stuffed back in again with the wrapping paper torn. There was a screw missing from one part, I contacted Tom straight away by email with photos and immediately got into a ping pong email trail about blaming the courier then once it was explained the courier box was perfect (DHL well done) and it was the contents that someone had torn open and gone through the response was “well they were perfect there they were packed” which then changed to “I don’t know how that happened” and finally to send more photos of the outer box and all the inner boxes. To cut a long story short I eventually got a refund with a snide comment so I won’t recommend this place or its customer service. I returned all parts as delivered and ordered new ones from a well known you know who brothers and they were perfect condition, no missing parts and nobody had been through the boxes.

   The website was great, easy to navigate and find the parts I required. Ordering from overseas; I placed value in their commitment to dispatch quickly, given I predicted a minimum of seven days for shipping to Cairns, QLD. As it was, dispatch was slower than expected but when it was shipped, it was delivered in five days. I ordered a mix of OEM and replacement parts, all of which arrived in perfect condition and fitted. Pricing was good and even with shipping made the cost more affordable than buying from trade suppliers here in Australia.
