Staff were great very helpful. I thought I needed a couple of new tyres. They were very polite and said the ones I needed changing were ok. So good news and did not charge for inspection.

Had some work done on my washers today- fantastic service. The issue was diagnosed and fixed within 5 hours for a decent price. The original garage i bought the car from quoted me triple what pitstop charged just for diagnostics. Can always trust these guys to sort any issues and won't rip me off. Always my garage of choice
I had to ring them for my wheel alignment tracking done for my car. I was been told i need to wait 45 minutes but it was done way before 45 minutes. I am very satisfied with professional service given by the engineer and the reception. Will definitely go there if needed to. Very reasonable price very efficient .
Still to this day the best garage in Bedford. The staff always provide the best quality service, and everyone is very friendly and always willing to do a quick job when it's possible to do so for this reason, my family and I will always use Pitstop Bedford.
Word of Warning about Pitstop bedford, be very careful to get a second quote elsewhere whenever you deal with these guys especially if you are a woman, elderly or if english isnt your first language. Especially if you deal with JOHN!. Use them if you must but be very careful as their business practices are ..... unorthodox and at times wholey dishonest.

After having my citroen c4 failed at another garage in kempston I decided to take it to formula 1 beceause they offer a monthly payment plan if the work is over a certain amount, after being quoted upto twelve hundred pounds. Once I'd picked my jaw up from the floor I called pitstop. They did a full inspection and to my relief they said it shouldn't have failed on half the things it did. They carried out all work (needed) and retested for it's mot, it passed and I'm very happy with the end result, work done and price. Thanks for an honest professional service
After changing the oil the mechanic didn't fit the plastic protection cover properly as after a few miles it felt on one side. I've went to Kwik fit (I recommend them) and they discovered that I have 4 screws missing on the cover. Avoid them!
Had a small tyre-deflating issue and popped into Pit-Stop (1st time visit - wasn't aware of the place before) - They inspected the issue, and solved with a small adjustment - Didn't even charge me for their time and skills. Very helpful with advice too. Will definetely be using Pit-Stop in future.
