Calling up a garage on a Saturday with availability is difficult. The only garage to answer my call after trying to call several other garages was Bedford MOT centre. I told them I had something leaking from the bottom of my car, and they asked me to bring my car straight in which I did. They were very busy with cars going in and out every 10 minutes, so grateful they managed to slot me into their diary. They put my car up on the ramp and identified the issue for me efficiently, which turned out to be an issue with the service I had got done 2 months ago at the BMW garage. Bedford MOT centre recommended I go back to BMW and ask for this issue to be rectified which I will definitely do, and advised me my car is safe to drive short distances in the interim. An hour in the garage and they didn’t even charge me a penny for it. Such great service they provided in a comfortable and friendly environment. I will definitely be using them going forwards with any car related matters. Thanks you so much Bedford MOT centre, greatly appreciate all the help and support you provided. 100% recommended.
I never had to get an MOT done in Bedford before so I took to Google to find places. After reading other reviews and seeing their rating I thought I would check it out. From my first call just to chat about how far they are booking ahead and to discuss my personal concerns the person I spoke to was more than helpful, happy to chat and did not pressure me in to booking. From then I knew this is where I will go. Day of the MOT, running slightly late due to traffic. Spoke to them and the person I spoke to just said it is fine, they will see me when I get there and made sure I knew where they were. I turned up, greeted as I got out the car. Went in the reception, and handed my keys over. Within an hour all done and ready for me. The staff there that I spoke to were so friendly, happy to listen to me and put my mind at ease. They could not of made this experience any better and I truly 100% recommend them.
I just moved to Bedford and had to renew my MOT so used this Centre for the first time. In short these guys were just EXCELLENT. From start to finish the process was so smooth and straightforward. Their honesty and professionalism are second to none. Adam is such a nice and genuine man. I do highly recommend this Centre and will definitely used them again in the future.
Took my car here for a MOT and Service, had a service booked elsewhere but the lads priced matched me and even gave me a discount which was much appreciated. Cup of tea was lovely. Will definitely recommend to all and will use this garage for any issues I have.
Yesterday I had an MOT here. The service was very nice, it turned out that there were a few things to repair and they valued them. After contact with another mechanic, it turned out that most of them were operational and the repair was half the price. There is an additional fee for re-checking. Overall, I do not recommend it.
