   bad customer service ignorant and arrogant made me wait outside by the fence in the rain left oil hand prints on my interior wouldnt recommend to anyone being a romanian also this is not what i expected would give zero stars if i could

   Had our Mercedes serviced at Mercedes dealership and turns out they didnt change anything. CAM autos however, changed everything serviced the car perfectly and used real genuine parts unlike other places. Cannot recommend this place enough. If you care about your car you need to come here. 10/10

   "I recently had my Audi A3 15 plate serviced at CAM Autos Bedford, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional. I even explain to them my previous experience with Audi showroom, Bedford and what kind of dodgy things they done to my car. One of my friend recommend me to go to CAM Autos Bedford. Marian and Vicentiu was particularly helpful in explaining the necessary repairs.    I explained the problems I was having with my car over the phone, he agreed I can come to the garage the following day for him to check. I turned up they checked my car, fixed the problems ( bleeping passenger seat, faulty window washers and faulty heating) straight away. From the moment I turned up it took under an hr and I was off with all problems sorted. They were very friendly and happy to help so would definitely recommend. In fact I’m going to go back for some body work.

   I took my car here for a basic service. They told me my car needed £300 of extra work which they did without asking and refused to release it until I paid. Currently going through the small claims court to try and get my money back. Would not use again.

   George gave me a very good deal on a used automatic. Id virtually given up looking after dealing with several dodgy car dealers. The car is spot on, I collected it today and he even serviced it before I collected, replacing the break pads ( i hadn't noticed they needed doing) Also have 3 months warranty on engine and gear box so have peace of mind. Very happy with service thus far :-)
