After Halfords couldn’t make up a set of number plates because they didn’t have all the stuff to do it, I went here. Staff were pleasant and also £15 cheaper than Halfords!
Very helpful staff. I got a free battery check. A named service company suggested to replace the battery but i opted a second service. After checking my batteries from Bedford Batteries in idle state and in different RPMs my battery health showed 85%. Fully satisfied and Highly recommended.
Its not every day that I take the time to provide feedback for the service I've received by a company and its staff, but when I do, its because there has been some consistent and outstanding customer service given. I've been dealing with Beds Battery for a number of decades, and can only praise the customer service that I've received from all the staff, but in particular over the years, Simon Bone as he's always gone the extra mile to help me resolve whatever vehicle issues I was experiencing. Had to get my car battery replaced so called and discussed the details of my car, booked in for first thing on a Saturday, with about 3 days notice, arrived in the day, the chap took my car keys, I paid for the battery and sat in the coffee shop opposite, they then brought the keys over to me in the coffee shop, saying it's ready and no rush plenty of time to finish my drink, begot i collect. A thoroughly friendly and helpful bunch, great experience all round. Thanks all!

Rang on Thursday to enquire about a new battery for my car, took the car in Friday to have it fitted and was away again in less than fifteen minutes, on the Thursday I did a search for prices and Beds Battery was he best, excellent service.
